Have stayed in this hotel 3 times now and all ways been a good stay my go to hotel in Blackpool at the moment will be booking an over stay over in December this year

Just got back from a four night stay with my family.
Our 2nd time at the hotel and once again it was fabulous.
All the staff were courteous and friendly, especially Joey on reception who really helped us out, so a big big thankyou.
We shall be returning in October.

We really needed a comfortable and convenient hotel that was wheelchair accessible, which can be a little tricky to find in England sometimes. This was exactly what we needed! It was safe, clean, comfortable, and accommodating. The staff were all fantastic and we really enjoyed our stay here.

I put a note on my booking asking for a disabled room, this message was never forwarded onto the hotel. Luckily they managed to arrange for the rooms to be changed.
