Excellent stay , very accommodating staff , spolessly clean , fantastic breakfast.

Staff on check in desk were a bit overwhelmed by volume of guests - it was a lot busier than usual at the time of year but otherwise it was ok.. dining room service area for breakfast gets very crowded

Clean hotel. Easy parking. Friendly helpful staff.

Breakfast items weren’t replenished so I was unable to select certain items. There were no pastries at all. The coffee machines were faulty so I queued for a while to be able to have a drink. Room was not very clean. Under the toilet seat had lot of old pee, the headboard had splashes of something on it and the bedside table was sticky. There was also a big stain on the carpet. We were given two towels for four guests. Food at the bar was not good. Toasties had old lettuce on the side which was black around the edges. Staff that we encountered were pleasant and it was a nice touch that they left selection boxes for our children in the room on Christmas Eve. Parking should be included. £17 per night is too expensive for guests.

The room was fine, albeit somewhat basic (no fridge) - however, the breakfast was terrible. Very poor quality ingredients (the cheapest catering sausages you can imagine) and zero options for healthy eating. The only bread on offer was a cheap sliced white loaf, no fresh fruit, and none of the cheese/meats/salads that are usual in hotel breakfast buffets. The worst part was the eggs situation. The only option was scrambled egg, because there are no fresh eggs on the premises - so no option for poached, fried, boiled. This is because the hotel uses pre-processed bulk scrambled egg, re-constituted in the kitchen and served in a huge tray, with egg swimming in a watery liquid. I raised this with the hotel whilst still on premise, and received a prompt reply from the manager stating that they follow company guidelines and pointing out that breakfast is included in the room-rate - as if this justifies serving really poor quality slop with no options to choose healthy nutritious food. He was basically saying "it's free, so what do you expect?". Well, it's not free, it's built in to the price paid for the room - and the quality should be an embarrassment to the the Hilton brand.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well‑maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was quite nice. The breakfast was a highlight — fresh, tasty, and with a good variety of options to start the day. However, there were a few aspects that could be improved. I tried contacting the hotel by email before my stay but unfortunately never received a reply, which was disappointing. Additionally, the parking charges were much higher than compared to the similar hotels, especially considering the location.

FOH staff were good. Others were rude tbh. Breakfast, only one coffee machine working and big queues, coffee was horrific. Not the standard expected a Hampton

Room was clean and beds were smelling fresh and comfy. Breakfast was yummy wr couldnt ask for more.

Warm welcome, good service, good facilities and food options. Nice bar area. Comfirtable and relaxed atmosphere. Nice location across ftom beach .

Room was perfect for two adults and one child. Good transport links into the main city with trams etc. would definitely return in the summer months!

Bed was like sleeping on springs, could hear them pinging when you moved. Woke up with back and neck pain because of how hard and uncomfortable. My asthma was set off by the feather pillows and duvet - one mouldy towel between two of us. Staff seemed uninterested and not wanting to be there except one lady who was lovely and chatty upon our check in. For a Hilton this was truly disappointing because we wanted to enjoy our stay and the room was a total let down.
