Hampton by Hilton London Croydon

The room was very nice pillows a bit soft so we asked for firmer got them within minutes of asking. Staff so friendly and pleasent always asking if your ok and if there is anything they can do for you a very nice hotel and would love to stay again

Air conditioning wasn’t working in my room during the heatwave. I was given a small fan. Instead of looking it get me a room that has working air conditioning. Restaurant staff were great.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay here, largely thanks to Manoj and Garima, who were incredibly attentive and welcoming throughout. The entire property is exceptionally well-maintained, and our room was spotless. We will definitely be back when we are in the area again!

Nice clean room and good nights sleep

I was stucked in the restroom for an hour. I ws banging the door but nobody came for me rescue. I had to figure out how to get myself out. The drawer where the safe is is a major concern. The drawer opened by itself somehow and it blocked the restroom door from opening. There should be an emergency device in the restroom in case somebody couldn't find his/her way out because the door won't open.

Really uncomfortable bed, hard in the middle, and springs poking through on the sides. Mould in the bathroom around the fixtures. Mirrors were smeared and the TV remote was covered in food from a previous guest. Overall not very nice, will stop elsewhere next time I'm in town.

Good short stay but lovely hotel’s

Old carpet throughout the hotel amenities are not adequate. The staff is very friendly and helpful rather than.

The property is well located, close to transport and clean. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. Price was good and breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended.

A clean comfortable, modern hotel near the railway station which is good value no downsides as far as I can see.

Clean room, staff are nice. I’ve revisited a few times. Can’t complain. Location is very convenient, shop right outside the hotel, boxpark less than 5min walk and a lot of food spots available and open till really late too.

*Clean room, good breakfast. *Walking distance to transport links - train, bus, tram.. quick and regular trains into London Bridge. *Restaurants and local supermakets nearby. *Great value for money.

I really enjoyed my stay overall. The room was clean and comfortable, although the heating wasn’t working initially. That said, heaters were provided quickly, which I appreciated. The staff were excellent throughout. A special mention to the gentleman working in the bar/restaurant (apologies for not remembering his name) — he was absolutely brilliant and made a great impression. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a good variety of options, especially for non-meat eaters, which was great to see. The only downside was the lack of on-site parking. I had to use the car park opposite, which was quite expensive. Despite this, I had a very pleasant stay and would consider returning.

No communication told one thing about parking and another from a different member of staff which cost me more money to park
