Freshly decorated room, clean & comfortable, easy walk to Croydon stations. Helpful staff

Chambre agréable pour 2 mais un peu petite pour 3. Le canapé lit n'est pas confortable. Le wifi est un peu capricieux. La position de l'hôtel est parfaite pour rejoindre le centre de Londres en 20 min de train. Gare et centres commerciaux à 5 min à pied de l'hôtel.

Personal del hotel super amables y atentos. El desayuno muy poco variado pero correcto. El problema de este hotel son sus habitaciones: limpias y reformadas pero tremendamente pequeñas para tres adultos (habitacion con cama doble y sofa cama), además el lavabo no tiene intimidad, por lo que la experiencia final es incómoda y angustiante. Por cierto, nos quejamos y no dieron ninguna solución. No repetiremos.

Great location, outstanding staff with nice breakfast, one thing which i was not really happy with was the mattress which was quiet uncomfortable. my partner couldnt really sleep well otherwise it was a very good experience.

Breakfast was great. Don’t like additional registration and hold of 30 pounds. Friendly staff.

We arrived pretty late in the evening, around 11.30pm. Checking in was easy, the hotel was secure and locked. The hotel staff were very nice and booked us in quickly. It was also great to pay at the hotel instead of online, yet still be able to book a reservation. We were in room 703, which is clearly an accessible room for disabled guests. There was no lid on the toilet seat and assistance back pads and rails around the whole bathroom and an open shower. This was a big off put for me and the other 2 staying in the room as we are quite clean, having no lid on the toilet was a big issue. Additionally, the roll door on the bathroom was very heavy and stiff which would be difficult for disabled guests to operate. The bathroom was very dirty and needed greatly new assistant handles as they were all dirty and rusty and the yellow was spreading to the bathroom walls. The sink plug was flat and so water started building up when used, i opened the sink plug to find yellow peppers in there, this was disgusting. The towels looked like they were reused and not fresh, the sofa bed linen was severely creased which indicated repeat use or that the duvet gets folded with the linen on and used again. There was dirt and mould around the window in the room but we could at least open the window which was a benefit. Great amount of TV channels and good quality. The room generally clean although dusty. It was an adjoining room. The breakfast was the highlight, really great, fresh food.

Advert claimed they have parking but we were asked to pay and park outside. Very disappointing experience.

Manoj, Garima and the rest of staff were really helpful.

The man at reception was not welcoming and walked away before he had finished telling us everything. We had to ask another female staff who was extremely polite and helpful to finish serving us.

Nice clean hotel handy for public transport. Staff very welcoming and friendly, already booked again for May 26

Breakfast was awful. Gym equipment broken and bike was a £45p/m peleton. Bed was uncomfortable as matteress was cheap and you could hear springs popping.

A good stay with a very fair price. But very poor sofa bed which is hard as a rock. The staff was friendly and found us another room due to also a broken door to the bathroom. Unfortunately it seems like alle sofa beds are hard as rock. Any way friendly staff and good breakfast was the great deal of this hotel
