Room nice and clean, happy friendly staff

Too cold in the room. Staff could not help us. Bad service. Never come back again.

Staff were amazing, couldn’t have been more professional or helpful, we ate in the bar and had breakfast and the food was very good, but unfortunately the hotel was let down by a very tired room, carpet bear in places, trimming missing on the furniture and the corridor of floor 3 smelt strongly of weed, it was so bad Sunday morning it was seeping into our room! We still had a really good stay as the staff were so amazing, thank you

I think that the rooms are OK, a bit small but fit for purpose. The staff are very attentive and welcoming. If there are any issues the staff always show a willingness to help. It's my 4th time staying at this property and each time I have enjoyed my stay.

Room was clean and the staff was very helpful.

Firstly let me state that all the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and cheerful. They honestly couldn't do enough to make my stay a pleasant one. The room was spotlessly clean and I really appreciated the fridge. The bed and pillows were comfortable and there was minimal noise heard from other guests. I highly recommend and will be staying again.

The staff are friendly, welcoming and warm. The room was super clean with a small fridge to keep our food in a cool temperature. There were people available for house keeping every single day changing your towels, bed sheets when needed and taking your rubbish away.There was also a security locked were you could keep your valuables when we leave the room so they're safe. The hotel is very close to the train station, shops abd restaurants. I would like to acknowledge Manoj for his excellent, remarkable working nature, he's very consistent, hard working and always making sure we had a good breakfast every morning. Always coming to ask you if you needed anything. He even help by borrowing his iPhone charger to my partner to charge his phone every morning as he forgot to bring his and lastly Manoj was always happy and smiling.
