We did a few issues, bed was uncomfortable , the mattress springs could be felt when getting into and moving around, it also made pinging noises when you moved, the duvet seems to small for cover .. curtain was off track and couldn’t close properly, was unable to operate the hair conditioner pump , had to take top off and put hand in ..

One of our preferred hotels for London. Nice drive down and easy tune in. Hotel lovey and clean only marked down for breakfast which was meh but at least it’s included!
