A solid stay. Pleasant enough staff - albeit a little more interested in their conversations than attending to customers. Good breakfast. Great location for Excel centre.

Room very small. Shower door was too short/ small. Front desk staff and breakfast staff were wonderful.

The room was great. The Staff were less than attentive - one had the feeling that we were interrupting their routine rather than their being there to assist us. The service in the ‘restaurant’ on Monday evening was extremely slow and poor - the food was cold, an ‘Ice Cream Sundae’ was three scoops of ice cream with a dribble of chocolate sauce / no cream, no sprinkles. The service at breakfast was infinitely better, the staff were helpful, hard-working and polite.

One of our preferred hotels for London. Nice drive down and easy tune in. Hotel lovey and clean only marked down for breakfast which was meh but at least it’s included!

Room service done every day and the lady was super nice everyday to us. Front desk staff was very accommodating with any questions we had. Highly recommend this place

Both Running machines in gym out of order. Both coffee machines at breakfast out of order. To top the lot an alarm went off in my room at 2 am, when I contacted reception they said don’t worry they will reset it from outside my room like it was a common occurrence, no explanation or apology?

Great hotel in well connected location considering not in Central London. Lovely room and breakfast for good price. I'd also like to say thank you to the excellent staff that were helpful, friendly and went above and beyond

Parfait de bout en bout ! Le petit déjeuner compris était excellent avec du choix. C’est rare de trouver un tel petit déjeuner compris dans le prix de la chambre ! La chambre était propre avec un lit en 160x200. Le service de ménage quotidien était impeccable tout comme la restauration proposée (avec des prix plus que correct !) Pour la localisation c’était impeccable, quelques stations de métro et nous étions au centre de Londres. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter dans cet établissement ! Seul point à savoir : pas de laverie comme mentionné dans la fiche de l’hôtel. Uniquement un service de blanchisserie extérieur à l’établissement avec des tarifs élevés et un délais de lavage de 24h minimum

Kamer was heel proper, en bedden waren echt goed.

To put this bluntly, not a clean enough, bed sheets kept coming up and noticed a soiled duvet, human hairs and very soft pillows that were useless bad designed rooms where the bed side cabinet had sharp edges and space between the bed, so I hurt myself while attending my alarm. The air con and heating did not work, so called reception who came up to turn the temperature up, which took over 5 hours to heat the room up, which is just not acceptable for a hotel of this standing by Hilton. I would not stay in this hotel again.
