Hampton by Hilton London Docklands

좀 외곽에 있는 듯한 느낌이지만, 깔끔하고 편안했어요.

The staff were great, only issue was a dirty duvet cover but not enough to complain, also the buffet breakfast was not the best (scrambled eggs) and no ketchup or brown sauce but bar that lovely room and bathroom and lovely staff

Die Matratze wirkte sehr hart und alt. Das Fenster ließ sich leider nicht öffnen.

Room ok except for bed right-side all the springs had gone and on the same side the ceiling light switch did not work.

Great for a night away

De kamer heeft geen raam. Het werd erg benauwd en de hygiëne was aan de slechte kant.. er werd niet goed schoongemaakt. Bed was ook erg slecht. Rugklachten aan overgehouden.

The room was not what I paid extra for, I paid for a queen deluxe and was put in a twin room. When I raised the issue, they told me they had no rooms left for the queen, which is extremely infuriating because I paid extra for it

The room was terrible. The beds were really uncomfortable and the pillows were awful like paper. Would not recommend

We stayed 3 nights first night we came back late and room was freezing we put the heating on and went to bed was cold all evening , following night the same next Day we came back earlier so called reception a lady came up and put it in and checked settings told us would take 15 mins still nothing she came up again and told us they had done something down stairs so should park again she reset it nothing we then called down as freezing asked for an extra quilt they rang back and said only had a flat sheet !! Then she came up with a quilt . Then over an hour later around 930pm we started getting a peep we called again she came up and turned it off completely in room said she would speak to her colleague to put it back in in 2 hours even tho wasn’t working she said she would log with maintenance said did we want to move rooms but it was late and our last night she told us to speak to reaction in check out which we did they fobbed us off saying there was no duty manager on ?!? Really . Breakfast was cold we init went down first day then tried second day still cold so init had a drink and ate for . I know included but poor . We feel very unsatisfied with what we paid and being cold surely Hampton by Hilton this isn’t your normal standards . Won’t be recommending didn’t get resolved poor stay .

A fine hotel. Clean and well maintained. Not too sure about the Gucci tracksuit wearing staff though.

Spacious clean rooms. The breakfast had something for everyone. Very good choice
