A wonderful older hotel with helpful staff. Hotel is very clean. Modern updated bathrooms Our air-conditioner worked wonderfully and quite the blessing with the recent heat. Very nice for the price! Convenient location across from Kings Cross Station. Plenty of restautant/cafe options within walking distance I strongly recommend Altonapoli around the corner - beautiful food, excellent prices for high quality, and wonderful staff. We had a lovely stay and highly recommend this hotel.

Victoria era hotel near the train station with no elevator small rooms and nothing particularly interesting about it inside it all feels like it was updated in the last 20 or 30 years in a very basic way. If I had to do it again, I would’ve just picked the travel lodge to be next to the train station instead of this.

Great hotel in the centre of London. The bed was very comfy we had a great sleep every night. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. On check in our room air con was broken, when we spoke to reception there was no issue and we were moved room no problem at all. The rooms were dated and tired, however, the bathroom looked to be newer and the shower was great. The air conditioning was good however did not stay on all day and did take a while to cool the room after being out all day. It was not "cold" but did make the room comfortable. For the price we paid it was a great stay and location is perfect!

The staff was very friendly and helpful, but the room (in July) was quite warm despite A/C, and when opening the window, the noise from the street and nearby King's Cross was...heavy. Good beds, but the room was a bit tiny. Yet, obviously, it's a great location to visit London, because from King's Cross you have 'all' transport options!

More like a backpackers than a hotel. Sheets and bathroom very clean and air con did a good job but the property is old, neglected and poorly maintained and room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.

The room was described as having air-conditioning, but it wasn’t working. We approached the staff and they attempted to work on it, but we were given a fan. The room for 4 should have had one double bed and two twin beds, but we were only given 2 double beds and a twin. It was very old and needs an update. Also very small room with no walkable space for 4 people. The beds were very uncomfortable and felt like they were all sofa beds with springs you could feel.

Great location for St Pancras and King's Cross stations. Asked for a wake up call they couldn't do that. Couldn't turn T.V off either by remote or on the set its self. Fire alarm went off at 3.45 so got the wake up call they couldn't offer. No offer of help from male reception staff with my case. Wasn't told about the lift There's quite a few steps to the front door. Poor staff service very unhelpful.

Flooring is LVP but they used water on it that got between the cracks so every time we walked in the floor it would get wet…we were given many towels for the floor but for over $200 for one night we were not happy having to deal with the water in the floor. The staff was pleasant and if it wasn’t for the wet floor issue we would have given it a better rating. Maybe they will stop using water….

Good location. Clean room. Got bitten to death by something during the night. Property in desperate need of refurbishing. Missing curtain holder on street level room. Staff not too bothered to help customers
