Nice hotel at a great price. Lovely staff, very clean and conveniently located. Breakfast was very good too. Soon I will need to be visiting Nottingham often and this hotel will definitely be on my list to stay at.

The location is great 7 min walk from main area in town.
Staff were outstanding really went out there way several times to accommodate my needs.
Libby in reception is a credit to you company and really was there for anything I asked for or needed assistance with.
Haven’t got any issues about staying here again.

Zero on hotel parking, however plenty (bus station) near by within 8 minute walks. Room aircon works well, but still noisey outside and the room cleaner is on it from 0600 asking if people are checking out 😂 breakfast was alright, standard and pretty okay.

Big shout out to the most amazing breakfast staff who were truly under it with how busy it was but nothing went short

Most hotels these days provide biscuits and bottled water so surprised not to find them. Bought small water and chocolate bar from reception and felt the price of £4.80 was very expensive. Toilet seat was broken and the soap dispenser didn’t work.
On the positive side the bed was really comfy and breakfast was good.

Nice hotel, well placed in city centre near to train station. Can't comment on parking as we were on motorcycles and were able (with prior permission) to park outside the entrance. Room was ok, bed comfy, reception provided mint tea bags when requested without an issue. Breakfast had everything any one could need. The only advice I would give future patrons would be to not assume the room with be cleaned/bed made up unless you actually leave a notice on your door by 11.00pm the night before which is bizarre. Was told this is because it's an eco hotel but I fail to see where making a bed damages the environment. Staff were all friendly, smiley and helpful.
