Watch if you get the right hotel. Even that it was still the same company they wouldn’t move us to the right Leonardo’s in Southampton. Wouldn’t fix our reservations. Or reimburse our money. We love their facilities. But after this experience we will not be back. Won’t ever stay with them again.

I loved my stay at Leonardo! Cosy room, beautifully decorated spaces, and a lovely staff. The location was perfect for me- a short cab or a meandering walk from the rail line, right across the street from stunning parks. My only complaint would be a few missed spills and stains in the room, but the core items, bed, shower, toilet, were perfectly clean and maintained.

Excellent staff and welcome on arrival. Godrabge of drinks at the bar and amenities all well kept. Nice clean room and bathroom with shower over the bath. Air conditioning and TV, hairdryer and iron/ironing board. Only let down was no parking, so we used a close by multi storey. Definitely recommend, good price for central hotel.

Great hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Lewis is a real credit to the team. Tidy, clean and well maintained. The only thing we saw that was dirty was the sticky lift doors everything else was immaculate. Beds were really comfy, great bedding, shower great. Nice size tv. I was really pleased the kettle was sparkling, its one of the things that bothers me in hotels, if the kettle is gross and full of limescale. Really enjoyable stay. Would recommend and go back if i needed to stay in the area again.

The hotel was at one of the cheapest price points within the city for a weekday evening but delivered a good quality spacious room with all the amenities needed. Impressed with the stay given the price, with good location for the city and also a good range of snacks/drinks available for purchase in the reception area
