Before we book the hotels, i ask if my children under 10 is free for breakfast, and they said yes. But when we queue for breakfast they said my 8 year old need to pay because its not free.

Insanely hot hotel. Sweltering and you cannot control the temperature. Also, very poor staffing of the bar area, waiting forever for overpriced nearly £4 garbage machine coffee. Lazy, mostly unfriendly staff. One of the worst hotel experiences ever.
