Lovely staff, well equipped room and excellent breakfast choices. Room layout was a bit odd but perfectly ok.

Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable quiet room. Extras such as late checkout and discounts for food. We were pleasantly surprised by the restaurant. Food was very good.

Staff are terrible, wanted to check in early staff knew about it from the morning on the day of check in always told to come back later. Went around half 2 to check was told to wait. It was half 3 by the time they checked me in, people, couples white people, were there after me they didn’t wait and were given rooms before me. Staff are rude, they don’t answer the phone, you don’t get the service you paid for, room had old ripped carpets the bath was old and small, no where near the standards of a 4 star hotel, avoid and there’s lot of better options near by.

A small but very irritating thing spoilt the stay here. On check in the helpful desk person went through everything in detail, including telling us that the bar was open until 11 pm. We went out for the evening, returned at 10.20, the bar person was starting to close and told us we had missed last orders. After a few words, they agreed to serve us one drink and informed she was closing early because it was quiet. There were about ten other people in the bar and after us four more arrived and were all turned away for a drink. We had time our evening around the closing time. Either the bar is open until 11 or it’s not. Very poor.

The front desk attendant was excellent. After a long flight and commute, she was able to expedite the process of getting us checked in. This was exceptional professionalism.

Everything was amazing, I couldn't fault anything and all the staff was so lovely amd helpful... Food was nice and the hotel design was very modern.
