Good but no parking in hotel.

Overall is satisfactory!

Room was okay but there no drinking water and toilet slippers

Simple, but clean and comfortable. Temperature of room good and double glazing helped with road noise. Good service, convenient for city centre, will likely stay again.

The staff are always courteous and friendly whenever we have stayed at Leonardo's that is why keep returning to your lovely hotel.the only downside is plates not very warm at breakfast.

Reception staff were always available and friendly. The room itself and the communal areas of the hotel were all clean and nicely presented. There was some building work which made pickup and drop off harder by this can’t always be helped

The rooms weren’t really clean.

Room clean and tidy. Food and drink discounted. Service was very friendly and we will use the hotel again

I stayed for 2 nights. The bed was very comfortable and the room a great size - nice to see the bathroom provide a bath and high water pressure shower above it. The TV was old and dated, and I was disappointed that the room wasn't cleaned between the two nights. Fantastic breakfast and modern facilities downstairs, but I felt overall the rooms need some TLC.

Nice room. Nice staff. Lewis was really friendly and made us feel welcome. He sorted out the missing hairdyer too. Give that man a pay rise!!

Had a good experience staying at the hotel.

The hotel is about a twenty minute walk from Southampton Central station. The quickest route goes through the parks which may not be best after dark. I found out there is a U6 bus from the station that stops about five minutes from the hotel. The hotel has twelve floors and l was on the eleventh! The room design and amenities were reasonable, l was surprised that the TV had teletext! The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and poached eggs were served on request. I had asked for a quiet room but on my second night l realised l could hear the sound of the lift operating. If I had been staying longer l would have asked to move to a room further away from the lifts. All staff l met were helpful and efficient. I would stay again providing l had a quieter room.

Parking is horrendous

Behind the bed wasn’t hovered and it was a bed on wheels. Only noticed when we accidentally moved the bee

The room was wonderful...had upgrade which was great...staff amazing

All round excellent stay. Rey comfortable and no issues at all. All the staff were courteous and friendly. Special mention for Lewis in reception….top guy so helpful and professional!
