Absolutely Awful Experience – Avoid at All Costs I stayed at this hotel in London and it was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. For the entire duration of my stay, no one came to clean the room. The towels were never changed, the bins were overflowing, and the place quickly became unhygienic and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the only way to reach someone for help was through an “emergency contact number” – which is already a red flag. But even that number was almost never available. I called multiple times and either got no response or was sent straight to voicemail. I don’t know how they’re even running a business like this. Totally unprofessional, unresponsive, and completely unacceptable for the price paid. Do yourself a favour and book somewhere else.

The room was tiny, you could hardly move around. The bathroom was so small that the wall was immediately in front of the toilet so you had to sit on it sideways. I dont consider myslef a large person but maneuvering in the very small shower was difficult. The hot water in the shower only worked if you ran the hot water in the sink at the same time, but then the sink started to overflow. A stain on the one towel they have me. No wash cloth. No A/C or fan in the middle of summer, just a heater. The only upside is the location being right next to London Victoria stations but you are absolutely overpaying for this hotel with price and lack of accommodations.

Everything was fine, slept well. Room wasn't particularly well cleaned - there were a few false nails from a few previous guests on the floor and behind the bed, but I can cope with that like. Lots of tea and coffee facilities - and complimentary bottles of water, but the kettle was really slimy inside so couldn't use it. But all fine, good location, very convenient. The only thing that irked me was the shower. The bathroom is proper tiny, like it's a master craft to even create a bathroom as small as that, so hats off to whoever managed it. You have to have the shower door open to be able to sit on the toilet due to this lol. That doesn't bother me either, but the shower tipped me over the edge. It was either freezing cold or hotter than the sun, no inbetween. Not a great experience, and that alone means I am unlikely to stay here again (though never say never!)

The only downside was the thinness of the walls - we could hear everyone coming and going and people speaking in the neighbouring room. The front door was also left ajar every time we came or went, which felt very insecure considering there’s no front desk or staff.

This was the absolute worst hotel I've stayed in over the last 10 years and I have stayed at some very economical and basic hotels. The bathroom was so small that you could not shut the door and the shower was so small that I had to contort to pick up my razor. I am 5'4" and 140 lbs. The sink leaked all over the bathroom floor and we had to keep a towel down. The room did not smell good at all. The walls, ceiling and floors were dirty. The electric went out and I could not get the hotel to answer the phone or call me back so I called Hotels.com and they couldn't get in touch with them either. I called every hour for 7.5 hours until I called Hotels.com. Hotels said I could get another room and they would reimburse me if the hotel confirmed that they should. We had 2 rooms here and 5 ppl. We did not want to move everyone with such little time left so we all stayed in the same room one night :/ The electricity was on the next day without our knowledge. I cannot recommend and my asks are never too much. Customer service never got in touch with me.

Scam hotel! I booked for a room with private bathroom but the hotel gives me shared bath. I complained to both hotel & expedia, the hotel keep denied my booking was private bathroom even I have all booking records. Expedia did nothing to help except telling me that they have follow up with the hotel. No room services during my 4 nights stay, not even toilet paper. Location is unbeatable but false advertisement. Disappointed with Expedia that allow such business to post and let clients fall to the trap.

Awful. Avoid. I can't express how terrible this company is - it's a complete basket case. We booked a double room with private bathroom at OYO Lime Grove and received a confirmation of this by email. Weeks later, we checked our booking online to find the details had changed - a double room with shared bathroom at OYO Oban Victoria (apparently the same building with a different name). We phoned and spoke to a very unhelpful person who seemed to be experiencing their first ever phone call. We decided to keep our booking and make the best of it, for practical reasons. The hotel requested that we pay in advance via their online portal and also upload a copy of our passport, which we did. On the day of check in, we received confirmation codes and door entry codes whilst travelling to london. An hour later we received an email (addressed to Julia, whoever she is) saying '...due to some unfortunate circumstances we are unable to accommodate your booking... we've initiated a refund which will reach you in 7 to 14 days..." I phoned them immediately and they were unable to give me a reason for the cancellation. Their website and expedia etc continued to show that they had ample availability, in all of their hotels across central London, at a now higher price. We arrived in London in the dark, but were lucky to find alternative accom'n elsewhere at a similar price. The refund arrived the following morning, but they now have all our details including a copy of our passports.

This hotel should be removed from your listings. I was sent information about the key code to enter then a week later I was sent a new one. On arrival the new code did not work and I tried 5 times. The neighbours were outside and they suggested I phone the number on the hotel sign. This I did but there was only a recorded message. So I tried the original key code and that worked. Once in the room it was very cold and there were no towels. There was no one around to ask for towels etc. There was no bedside light so you have to turn the light off and stumble to find the bed. Then there was noise from a neighbouring room which seemed to be from another guest complaining about the lack of service. After midnight there was a loud bang as if someone was trying to break in. Then the alarm sounded for about 10 minutes. I was too scared to see what was going on. When I left the next morning 21 November at 9am I found the front door open and the lock broken and a pair of man’s brown shoes on the front doorstep. I hardly slept due to the disturbance and was terrified. Also I was unable to wash due to the lack of towels. My worst hotel experience ever and I am unable to contact the hotel to leave a review as there is a problem with their website. I now no longer have faith in hotels.com although I have previously had good experiences.

“I do not recommend this accommodation. We arrived an hour earlier than expected. The room was not ready, and we had to wait for cleaning, which only involved changing the bed linens. The carpet hadn’t been vacuumed after the previous guest, as shown in the attached photos. The bathroom was shared, though it was advertised as a private bathroom, and anyone could enter because it didn’t have an external lock, which actually happened as we heard. The window couldn’t be opened, and it was noisy. It was a terrible experience.”

I just like lthe location. It was not ready for us. They were fixing the door. We wait 30 minutes downstairs. The bathroom was out of service. They gave us a public bathroom 3 floors down and it was not clean. No one to complain or give you a better choices. No air, hard to lift the only little window in the tiny room. No water. The minimum of the room you can think of. Do not stay here. Expedia, do not advertise this place. Terrible, it's better to stay in a hostel. Expedia, you should reembolse my money.

Could not access my room, zero customer service and when given a number to call, no one picked up and call auto ended at 3min and 10 seconds every time. after over 1.5 hours trying, was forced to book a different hotel. Then when contacted they refused to refund me any money due to the terrible inconvenience and experience. Not to mention, we were only 1 of 3 people with same problem on same day and was told by other guest that this happens a lot. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy after this disgraceful experience.
