This was my first time in this part of London, and I was truly impressed. The hotel is amazing with excellent service throughout. There are plenty of great spots nearby for lunch or dinner, and the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The room was very comfortable with great pillows, and many thoughtful touches made the stay feel extra special

Amazing staff, they all made us feel special and they were very accommodating. The staff were very knowledgable and always willing to help. The room was always clean and cleaning staff did an amazing job. Beautiful skyline looking along London. Located to some lovely shopping areas and food spots. Location is close to central London but also far enough to feel like your in a quiet area of London away from the hustle and bustle of it all. Absolutely amazing hotel an can’t wait to stay again.

Lovely family weekend stay at Pan Pacific. The service was excellent and we loved the upgrade to a suite! The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. Lovely pool area and allocated children swim times. A few minor issues…I would have appreciated a small bed for my 2 year old instead of a travel cot with a lumpy mattress. Another disappointing thing was the service at breakfast. I ordered pancakes and porridge for my 2 children and a poached egg for my mum which never arrived. Luckily the children were able to have something they enjoyed from the buffet. Overall it was a pleasant stay and will be definitely be back!

The Pan Pacific never disappoints. From the high level of service provided from the moment you enter by the gentlemen like Alex and Len to the back room staff who are also helpful and supportive with any requests or queries you may have. We continue to come back as it has become our second home.

The Pan Pacific was amazing. This hotel provided a luxury experience and service. The staff was friendly and very responsive to our needs. We never touched a door, they took our bags to the room after shoooing, responded quickly to request for amenities in the room. The little things to note, the heated towel rack, bamboo shaving kit, silk slippers, umbrellas in rooms, turn down service. Loved it all!!
