The Pan Pacific London is a little expensive hotel with moderate location, superficially kindly-looking workers, and so & so restaurants, to which you should pay over 650 US dollars a day. But once you pay all the money and go back to your country, all the kindness and smiles that you witnessed during the stay would suddenly and unbelievably disappear. I stayed with my wife there for 7 days for 38th wedding anniversary travel, and unfortunately I lost my precious fountain pen during the stay. I think that it was definitely my fault, but I did not use the pen during the travel, I asked the hotel about the presence of the my lost pen in my stayed room three times. One calling, and two sendings of e-mail. But I did not receive any responses from the hotel for about 10 days. Now I am sure that their only concern was my money, not my joys, pleasure and worries. I will never visit again the Pan, and from now on I will advise to my friends that they should choose any other hotels except for the Pan Pacific.

Absolutely incredible hotel. Every single member of staff was so attentive and and intuitive. We experienced the spa, a food order from It was a truly wonderful stay and we will most definitely be back.

Vi rejste med en 2 årig, og dette hotel var fantastisk. Alt var utrolig lækkert, fantastisk personale og alle fik os og vores søn til at føle os velkomne.

Luxury experience, all of the little details provided by the staff made this a great experience.

Not much options for a vegan breakfast definitely not worth paying the extra for breakfast. The room was good with a great view and was cleaned well. Lovely pool but no pool side service for drinks. Staff at the pool side were not the most helpful and in our opinion quite rude. Reception staff were really friendly and helpful and guest services are a great team too. Overall there are limited vegan options at this property but staff are quite nice. It is a good hotel and located well. I do hope they can bring the same standard that they have in Singapore.

A perfect, quiet luxury hotel with thoughtful details, seamless service, and tranquil spaces. Immaculate, personalized service where staff anticipate needs or make heart warming gestures (Happy birthday card and a slice of cake sent to the room even without prompting). Serene environment that feels like a "best-kept secret", and functional luxury of high-end amenities (Dyson hairdryer, straightener, curler on demand) attentive design. Not the first visit here, neither it be the last. Highly recommend this hotel if you stay in London.

Great room! Very clean and was always serviced timely. Staff was extremely wonderful and helpful.

Stayed at Pan Pacific from 20-22 March 2026 for a birthday celebration in the Devonshire suite which was a beautiful, spacious room with great features including the record player. The spa was a delight and the ambiance was up there with the best spa day experiences i have had. Great location next to spitalfield and Petticoat lane markets. Also,Brick Lane was a great mix of vintage, asian influence. Worth noting, the windows in the room are a great feature however they were extremely dirty and detracted from the views. They definitely need to be cleaned more frequently. Also, i was unable to communicate with the hotel through the Expedia messaging service to register the birthday celebration and even though i expressed this again upon check-in this wasn't acknowledged and then upon checking out they asked why we were here? Overall, wonderful hotel and will definitely stay again.

Best hotel in London. Comfortable bed. Great amenities. Great food. Great staff. Gym is good with access to steam room and sauna. Always a great experience.

The check in was a bit on the dramatic side being asked for ID which I didn’t realise was required and decided to leave my wallet at home. Otherwise really pleased with the hotel and location

Was für ein tolles Hotel! Der Check in war so herzlich, das Design wunderbar und die Lage 1A. Leider mussten wir extra Bescheid sagen, dass alle unsere Pflegeprodukte leer waren- ist etwas unangenehm, wenn das erst auffällt, wenn man unter der Dusche steht. Ansonsten haben uns nur andere Gäste im Wellness Bereich gestört, die es für angebracht hielten in voller Lautstärke Videos zu schauen oder Video calls zu beantworten. Unsere Kritik wurde von der General Managerin direkt angenommen und umgesetzt. Wenn Gäste so ernst genommen werden, ist das ein sehr gutes Gefühl. Wirklich klasse geführtes Haus!

We stayed for 2 nights in an executive room. Decor and furnishings were immaculate. Quality of fittings is very high end. The whole hotel was spotless. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and extremely helpful, from the doorman to the reception staff and beyond. Bar staff were very attentive and nothing seemed to be too much trouble at all. The area is great for transport links all over the city, with the hotel being a 3 minute walk from Liverpool Street station. We would definitely return the next time we visit London.
