We stayed there during the last heatwave London had. Air conditioner worked wonderfully and the desk was always happy to give up cups of ice when requested. Would recommend to anyone

This hotel is air conditioned, which can be hard to find in Europe. The staff was helpful. There is a nice lobby area, and you can buy reasonably priced drinks. There was also a grocery store right across the street. There was a breakfast available if desired. It is located between 2 different subway lines, which can be helpful depending on where you want to get to around the city.

The staff was friendly, the breakfast was good, and location was good (close to a Main Street and tube/buses). The room was small and the bathroom even smaller. The bathroom felt the size of an airplane bathroom with an added standup shower. Also, they don’t clean rooms or change towels unless requested. There is also no fridge, kettle/coffee machine or phone in the room. They have an ironing room on the first floor for the whole hotel. For the price paid, I was expecting more from the amenities but I guess London is an expensive city. I personally wouldn’t stay here again.

Second time we have stayed here as the first was so good. This time we were allocated an accessible room which had a wet room. The shower was great but would have been good to have a floor squeegee as anyone wanting to use the toilet would get wet feet from the remaining water in the shower area. We were given 2 towels but no hand towel. The sink was very slow to empty. However,the room was bright, spacious and clean and the beds were comfy. Air con was much appreciated and breakfast was great. No tea/coffee in the room.

A very good budget hotel. Rooms were clean and modern with air conditioning. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Rooms don't have things like a kettle and tea/coffee and the bathroom is very small but it's perfectly fine. Good value for money in central London. Would definitely stay again.
