Point A London Paddington

Clean room and nice and close to the airport terminals

We stayed there during the last heatwave London had. Air conditioner worked wonderfully and the desk was always happy to give up cups of ice when requested. Would recommend to anyone

Nice clean room but no tea or coffee making facilities which was poor given the price.

This hotel is air conditioned, which can be hard to find in Europe. The staff was helpful. There is a nice lobby area, and you can buy reasonably priced drinks. There was also a grocery store right across the street. There was a breakfast available if desired. It is located between 2 different subway lines, which can be helpful depending on where you want to get to around the city.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Location is great for exploring London, super convenient for both train and underground. The room was very small but comfortable and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay.

I truly enjoyed my stay here. The hotel had easy access to transport around the city, access to shops for water and any other snacks needed across the street, and the rooms were lovely. The staff were extremely helpful and it had amazing AC during a dire heat wave. The only complaint would be that the hot water went cold then hot often...other than that I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again.

We spent 3 nights. The rooms are cozy. Very clean and the staff were wonderful.. Best thing was the air con. Great to come back sight seeing in a heat wave. We will definitely be back!

Super easy to check-in, we checked in early which wasn’t a problem at all. Air con was fantastic in the heat and felt super safe and secure. Only thing missing was tea/coffee making facilities in the room other than that was a great stay!

Small but had everything we needed and were only in there for a short space of time.

Very convenient hotel with friendly staff. A couple of things would improve it- a kettle in the room- you can buy tea but it’s £2.50. They all charge £3 per bag to store them it feels mean spirited. They also only have shampoo - no conditioner which was annoying.

Room was ideal for a one night stay. Great for transport connections and nice neighbourhoods nearby. The breakfast was good and they have gluten free options. My main issue was that we had to pay £3 for them to look after our bags for a couple of hours after check out (never had this happen before and this was not mentioned when we’d asked at check in if this was an option).

We had a great one night stay at Point A Paddington! Our Room was ready on arrival and the room was extremely clean and had everything we needed (towels,hairdryer soap and shower gel). Smaller than I expected but served its purpose. There wasn’t a kettle in the room but the desk downstairs sells everything from noodles to tea/coffee so you won’t go short. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was extra as I didn’t book direct but I will next time as it was great. Lots of different continental items of excellent quality. The location was perfect for train/tube links at Paddington though we would probably stay more centrally next time. Just a personal choice not a reflection on the hotel. Thanks for a great stay

Very friendly staff, felt very safe there

Location is great. Short distance walk to paddington station. A grocery store was just across the street if you need something. We stayed at the accessible room and the bathroom was flooded after a shower. Staff didn’t seen to be too surprised when we asked for extra towels after we told them it was flooded. Also, the hotel charges you when you storage bags after check-out.

Only book the room with no windows if you are ok in a basement with the background noise of tube trains a constant. It’s cheap but really not sure it is value for money.

The staff were so lovely and welcoming, and the luggage storage was great too! The room was amazing for the price, all you need if you just need somewhere to sleep and a bathroom. Fantastic - will definitely be keeping in mind for future trips.

The place is near the bus stops or Paddington Station. There are nearby restaurants and stores. Grocery or souvenier stores are everywhere. Mark and Spencer is around the corner.
