Allocated to first floor facing the main road. Paper thin glass with noisy cars all night and could even hear people talking downstairs, couldn’t sleep well Breakfast was decent Staff were otherwise helpful and cheerful

Plus: very well situated, close to two Tube stations. Tesco is opposite the building, plenty of cafes. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Very friendly service. Minus: Room is tiny. Cleaning of room only from 3rd night and we stayed 2nights. But can get fresh towels. Outside environment is a 3.

The hotel is clean and convenience. It is near Paddington station.

I was given an underground room. The room was fine but the Paddington tube train must run beneath it, so heavy rumble every few minutes making sleep impossible from very early in the morning

Fantastic rooms, position breakfast but unfortunately there is not warm breakfast choice but it's ok.

Great check in - reception staff changed my room to a more comfortable one with a window without me even asking just because they had availability which was super nice

Great night’s sleep – very little noise from within or without – friendly & helpful staff, ideal location, and maintained to a high standard throughout. The free room upgrade was a delightful bonus. Best Point A in London I’ve used (although King’s Cross comes a very close second).

The staff were friendly and helpful, but the room was not suitable for two people with luggage. The layout could have been designed better—for example, there was no toilet paper holder. We had heater issues right away, though staff eventually resolved them. Noise was also a problem; we could hear phone alarms and random knocking sounds that went on for several minutes.

Rummet var rent och luftkonditioneringen kunde användas för uppvärmning. Trevlig personal och god frukost i ett fräscht och mysigt frukostrum på markplan. Vi bodde på våning 1 och tunnelbanetåg hörs med jämna mellanrum i rummet, men inte så att det störde vår sömn.
