Lovely property, reception staff warm and welcoming, the room was very spacious and well equiped , clean and tidy throughout. Enjoyed my stay.

Excellent stay, brilliant friendly staff. Central location. Excellent apartment was like a flat everthing we needed. Very clean, will definitely be back to stay hopefully for longer next time. The only thing that would have made our stay better would have been if the tv allowed Netflix log in and normal tv apps for itv, 4 and 5 and iPlayer.

Staff were welcoming. The lifts being operated by card key increased security and was a good idea. The apartment was tidy and organised and we liked how things were arranged (like the oven gloves were in a box of other stuff under the sink). The split recycling bin was good. The bathroom door looked a mess due to it continually being damaged from being hit by the front door. Bad layout. The TV help screen was useful but scattered with errors. Somebody should really proof-read the content. Having links to manuals for appliances was good but the one for the oven didn't seem to match exactly what we had (although it helped). We had to request bedding for the sofa bed but it didn't take long to be delivered. The sofa bed wasn't entirely comfortable but probably to be expected.

The apartment was clean and tidy, albeit very bland. Comfort was low though. Sofa bed as the only seat in the lounge plus cheap, lumpy pillows made for an uncomfortable nights sleep.
