Wonderful time at the Savoy. Great hotel, friendly staff. Have stayed here many times and always look forward to a visit. Was given an upgrade on this occasion to a suite. Was a lovely surprise. Thanks to Johnny and all the staff at the Savoy for always making me feel so welcome.

Room 334 was too warm and cramped, the mattress was uncomfortable and noisy ,and there was room to swing a cat .. over all I was very disappointed with my stay at Savoy

Stayed for 3 days with my family. Could not fault the hotel and staff.. Only moan was no maid sevice so had to ask for toilets rolls and towels after the second day and make our own beds. Its an old hotel, considering what I paid for two adults and three kids it was value for money.

Arranged a surprise birthday trip to Blackpool. I had previously booked with a cheaper hotel but as a special birthday I thought I’d upgrade,the savoy Blackpool came up and I’d heard good things along time ago
Really looking forward to our stay, until arrived no blue badge spaces or any parking. We had to park further away from hotel but with health conditions I struggled. Receptionist rude, room tiny, mould in tiles and in bath

Beds were very hard and we all had a bad nights sleep, terrible waiting at the bar even though it was empty, damaged walls and loose light fittings ! Not good for us at all ( family of 4 )

Disgusting had to move to a different hotel after 4 days due to hotel being fully booked and was placed in what I would describe as a hell hole for the next 7 nights but left after on 1 night and came home losing my remaining 6 nights holiday, I tried emailing hotels.com and ringing them too but got no reply so lost all my money
