Sheraton Heathrow Hotel

Clean spacious room, helpful staff, good location, good restaurant

Didn’t know where to get the shuttle us upon my arrival at the airport, bus service does not run frequently enough so had a long wait, tried calling hotel several times but no answer. Upon my arrival couldn’t find my booking so had to show confirmation email which all takes time after a very long journey. Room was very clean and comfortable so slept very well.

Awesome hotel. There is nothing bad I can say about this hotel.

Nice hotel by the airport. The bar and grill had a good choice of food if you don’t want to eat in the restaurant. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. They helped me book a private transfer to my terminal as I was too late for the bus. It was only £2 more. Would definitely stay again

The staff were very poorly informed of services in the hotel. The check in took far too long. The transport from terminal 5 and back is pathetic! All the hotels need to get together to provide a comfortable reliable transport. For this reason I cannot recommend this hotel at all.

Perfect stay before heading to Heathrow airport the next morning. The hotel restaurant / bar area had great food and drinks, tv’s and the breakfast in the morning was good selection, and worth the 15 pounds we paid… it was a buffet. I would definitely stay here again

Whilst we’d previously stayed at the Sheraton Skyline Heathrow, this was our first stay at the Sheraton Hotel Heathrow. All round, it was probably the best value for money, Heathrow hotel we’ve stayed in at. From the friendly staff at check in, who were polite, helpful and quick. Our room was a nice size, very clean and with a comfortable bed. We ate in the hotels Flat Iron Grill. The meal was lovely, a great menu and was very reasonable. Very polite and attentive restaurant staff, who provided first class service. I used the 24 hr gym. It’s a good size, clean and well equipped With a range of CV machines, weight machines, dumbbells and floor space etc. The Sheraton Hotel Heathrow is easy to get to and a stone’s throw from Terminal 5. I would highly recommend the hotel and wil definitely use it again.

Stayed at this hotel many times before or after a trip Parking can sometimes be a challenge but you can normally squeeze in This time we were met and greeted by staff in the foyer Check in is straight forward The hotel is a bit of a rabbit warren and sometimes you have to walk a fair distance to your room Always nicely presented but this time the air con was ineffective and we couldn’t open a window We are in cast iron and the food was great even though we seemed to wait a long time for it Staff are very nice Breakfast is excellent with a good range to choose from We will be back as and minor issues outweigh what is normally a comfortable stay

The service was impeccable as was the room. My one bug-bear was the Sheraton Heathrow website lauding that it offered a 24/7 shuttle service - the reason I booked the hotel - It transpired that it only runs from 6:15 am. As I had to leave the hotel at 3:30 am for my 6:15 am flight I was forced to order a cab to Terminal 5 for £26! You really need to change that. It was an inconvenience I could have done without.

Excellent service. Par contre, si vous devez prendre un vol tot le matin, la navette n'est pas disponible et il faudra payer une dizaine de pounds pour un taxi semi-privé.

This was good for a stopover for one night. My room was clean and sufficient for my needs. I do wish there was a regular airport shuttle taking people to and from the airport. That would have made a huge difference in my experience!
