The hotel itself is old, car park is a bit of a mess and the staff very much hit and miss but the room was suprisingly comfortable and the cleanliness was of a good standard

I selected this hotel because it was close to Heathrow airport. I did not see anyplace nearby, such as a pub, but I did not ask. They had a fantastic kiosk in the lobby to book shuttles. I used it twice and was pleased both times. Staff were courteous and very helpful. I chose to prepay breakfast and that was perfect for me. The bar in the hotel serves food as well. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay.
