A mix up between Google and Hotels.com meant that my reservation was made for the wrong dates. I realised as soon as I received the confirmation email. I called the hotel, explained what happened and was told there’s nothing they could do. It cost me £220 for an error that wasn’t my fault. I wanted to honour the booking, just for different dates.

Avoid the kiosk receptionist recommend for booking travel to Heathrow. It says some kiosk Uber but it is not from uber the company and charges 35 pounds or so for 5 minute trip. Better off take bus or if with luggage call actula uber.

Staff good but tech blip.meant checked in amd 20 min later received text room cancelled at rate. Had to ring hotel to confirm all OK. Room clean. Shower a bit of a let down

No help with luggage in or out. Advertised shuttle service is actually a private driver service which you need to book - £35 to the airport. Shower dripped at night.

We chose Sheraton Heathrow for our overnight stay because of its proximity to the airport, and the available shuttle through the Hoppa Bus. Of course it would be more convenient to stay at the hotel connected to the terminals, so you don't need to depend on shuttles, but you would have to pay a much higher price. Sheraton Heathrow suits our purpose nicely. Will stay again here next time.
