Check-in by Jason on the front desk was swift and efficient. He was friendly and listened to my requirements, offering good advice. Room was spacious, clean and with (most importantly) a walk-in shower.

We booked this hotel as it was close to the airport and we’re flying out the next morning. Check-in was very quick and efficient and staff were very kind. The room was much larger than I thought it was going to be. It was very clean and had a bottle of water waiting for us upon our arrival. I had the best nights sleep at this hotel after travelling for two weeks to multiple countries. Would highly recommend this hotel for it’s amenities and close proximity to the airport. We also had a very lovely meal at the restaurant located within the hotel, Cast-Iron and Grill. The staff at the restaurant were very attentive to our needs and provided excellent service. I had the corn fed chicken, which was absolutely delicious followed by Bailey’s Irish cream cheese cake which was scrumptious!

Decent enough for an early start at Heathrow T5. My room was fairly spacious and had working air con. The shower wasn’t the most powerful but adequate enough. The mattress seemed very old. The hotel was bigger than I expected and I wasn’t there long so didn’t try any facilities so can’t comment on. It was fairly straightforward to get to the airport, even before 5am. Would probably stay again if I had an early T5 start.

The property was as expected. The staff was friendly and helpful. When we arrived the key system was down which was fine but when I got my key later it did not work. I had to go back to the desk and have a new one issued. I did not like that the smoking area was right outside the front door. We were waiting outside for the shuttle and had to go back inside because of all of the smokers. When booking the hotel we were unaware we had to pay for the shuttle. It should be more clear there is a cost for transport. With that being said the bus to the airport was easy to use and efficient in getting us there.

The hotel room was spacious, the shower OK, the bed was saggy and poor lighting! Overall it was pleasant enough and the hotel interior felt fairly business like. The worst aspects was the food in the bar area! We ordered Cod and Chips at a cost of £19.00 each! The fish was NOT Cod! It was thin, tasteless and greasy with a thick black skin coated in thick batter! They shrugged it off, offering another choice, but no refund. You would expect better from a Sheraton Hotel!

First, the check-in took over 5 minutes. When I finally received my key, I arrived at my room only to discover the key hadn’t been activated. So had to take long walk back to desk to activate. I asked for assistance from 1 desk clerk, and he simply raised a finger and kept walking. Unprofessional. He should have asked what I needed and then told me help was coming shortly. So I get into the room and want to watch some TV. But I can’t because the TV hasn’t been programmed. So I call the service desk for help. It rings. Someone picks up and then hangs up again! So no TV. Finally, the room billed as a “deluxe” is just a basic ordinary room with no special amenities unless it is the TV that hasn’t been programmed for use yet. Furnishings are dilapidated and the view from this "deluxe" room is a lovely car park and warehouse facilities. I will not stay at this hotel in the future.

At check-in they told me they couldn’t process my credit card and they asked for a 2nd credit card. Now, they have charged me on BOTH credit cards. I called the hotel but they will not respond or issue a refund. Don’t trust Sheraton Heathrow London by Marriott!

The room was much larger than I thought it was going to be. It was very clean and had a bottle of water waiting for us upon our arrival. I had the best nights sleep at this hotel after travelling for two weeks to multiple countries. Would highly recommend this hotel for it’s amenities and close proximity to the airport. We also had a very lovely meal at the restaurant located within the hotel, Cast-Iron and Grill. The staff at the restaurant were very attentive to our needs and provided excellent service. I had the corn fed chicken, which was absolutely delicious followed by Bailey’s Irish cream cheese cake which was scrumptious!

Decent enough for an early start at Heathrow T5. My room was fairly spacious and had working air con. The shower wasn’t the most powerful but adequate enough. The mattress seemed very old. The hotel was bigger than I expected and I wasn’t there long so didn’t try any facilities so can’t comment on. It was fairly straightforward to get to the airport, even before 5am. Would probably stay again if I had an early T5 start.

Overall, a good experience at the Sheraton Heathrow. The room was nice, there was a good restaurant there. Jason checked us in and he was super helpful in many ways!

The property was as expected. The staff was friendly and helpful. When we arrived the key system was down which was fine but when I got my key later it did not work. I had to go back to the desk and have a new one issued. I did not like that the smoking area was right outside the front door. We were waiting outside for the shuttle and had to go back inside because of all of the smokers. When booking the hotel we were unaware we had to pay for the shuttle. It should be more clear there is a cost for transport. With that being said the bus to the airport was easy to use and efficient in getting us there.

The hotel room was spacious, the shower OK, the bed was saggy and poor lighting! Overall it was pleasant enough and the hotel interior felt fairly business like. The worst aspects was the food in the bar area! We ordered Cod and Chips at a cost of £19.00 each! The fish was NOT Cod! It was thin, tasteless and greasy with a thick black skin coated in thick batter! They shrugged it off, offering another choice, but no refund. You would expect better from a Sheraton Hotel!

First, the check-in took over 5 minutes. When I finally received my key, I arrived at my room only to discover the key hadn’t been activated. So had to take long walk back to desk to activate. I asked for assistance from 1 desk clerk, and he simply raised a finger and kept walking. Unprofessional. He should have asked what I needed and then told me help was coming shortly. So I get into the room and want to watch some TV. But I can’t because the TV hasn’t been programmed. So I call the service desk for help. It rings. Someone picks up and then hangs up again! So no TV. Finally, the room billed as a “deluxe” is just a basic ordinary room with no special amenities unless it is the TV that hasn’t been programmed for use yet. Furnishings are dilapidated and the view from this "deluxe" room is a lovely car park and warehouse facilities. I will not stay at this hotel in the future.

At check-in they told me they couldn’t process my credit card and they asked for a 2nd credit card. Now, they have charged me on BOTH credit cards. I called the hotel but they will not respond or issue a refund. Don’t trust Sheraton Heathrow London by Marriott!
