Very very good on arrival we were greeted by a very nice man who took us to our room and explained everything. The whole hotel smelt of disinfectant and was very clean. The food was lovely and fresh and plenty of it. We would definately stay again

Blind in toilet mouldy .no blind in bathroom. Curtain in 1room had only 2 hooks. Lampshade was half off in 1 room. Non existant lampshade in 2nd room. Stair carpets could do with a clean. I don't think I will be using this hotel again. Parking a nightmare

Externally the property has the feel of a traditional seaside hotel. Internally it looks quite ‘tired’ and in need of some ‘TLC’ but is clean. Check-in was quick and easy. I think parking close to the property would be difficult, especially in peak season. The property is in a great location though, very close to the seafront and only a leisurely 15 minute walk into the town centre. There are plenty of pubs, restaurants, and seafront amusements nearby. My room was a decent size, and although it could do with decorating to freshen it up, it was comfortable and clean. The mattress was hard, but I prefer that to soft, so it was ok for me, but won’t be to everyone’s taste. Bedding and towels were clean and fresh. There were the usual basic amenities in the room: TV, tea/coffee making facilities which were fine. The private bathroom was large, clean and had a shower over the bath, which was ok, not great, but was working and did its job. Overall, in my opinion the hotel is decent for a short stay in Gt Yarmouth if expectations are realistic and in line with the reasonable price charged for a room. And for those reasons I would definitely stay again.

Clearly you get what you pay for and for one night short stay and a bed it is OK, nice spacious bathroom but all the fixings, heaters are just dated and doubt any of them work. Parking was full everywhere and food options are limited as the area seems to shut at 8:30pm On the positive side the tea and coffee provide was OK. For me would pay a little more next time and choose another option with more facilities

Solid place to stay. Plenty of free street parking out front. Easy walk to Beach, Dining, Entertainment, etc. Charming older building. Room was bigger than most. Stayed in room #18 which was a mid level unit. 3 nights in mid-September 2025. Negatives: Older condition building may be less appealing to some. No USB ports. Positives: Check-in was easy. Room was quiet & clean. Sheets & Towels were clean. Water was hot. Silverware/ceramics were clean. Stocked up heavy on Coffee, Tea, Sugar, & milk. Roomy Bathroom with full tub & adjustable hand held shower. Check-out was easy, just drop the keys off. I gave an extra star for value.

Good location. Looks quite smart from outside. I arrived at 1.45 pm and whilst the room was not ready, they kindly allowed me to leave my bag in the room which was helpful. I returned at 4.15 pm and very surprised the room was still not cleaned and ready for me. I could tell the room was just not smart enough for me to be comfortable in, even if it had of been made up. I made my excuses and checked out and thankfully, was able to change my travel plans.

It was a terrible stay. The first room was absolutely terrible. Holes in the wall, live wires out the wall, chandler coming out the ceiling, bathroom floor held together by duct tape, mold on the radiator and net curtain, main curtains coming off the pole. We complained and got a different room. That was was better but the room still wasn't worth what we paid for. I would not recommend anyone stay here at all. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else. The only good thing about this place is the beach is super close as well as the pier. We went for our one year anniversary and to get engaged and it put a dampner on the whole holiday. I don't know how these are still operating.

14.00 check in ?, i arrived at 14.15, no answer to the door or phone, i eventually got let in at 15.30, after spending 75 minutes at the (very nice) pizza place next door. No remote control, after investigating the screen, I'm not even sure that was a workable tv, no buttons at all, just a useless screen. The shower leaked more water than what came out the end. Nice bath though, but not any kind of bar to help anyone who needed assistance out, though there was a chair next to the bath, but i think only cos the chair could not fit anywhere near the desk, but after a bit of furniture rearranging, i managed to put chair where i would like it (next to the table). I left 1 night early, no air conditioning at all, luckily it was my 5th visit to Yarmouth this year, so didnt miss anything new. 10/10 for beach location & 10/10 for pizza place next door(nice staff & decent prices), but the hotel needs closing down.

Soon as you walk in reception, the smell is nasty, our twin room was so hot, old bread behind the cabinet, bed so uncomfortable, only bathroom window was wide enough for a little breeze but couldn't leave open all night as the fire escape steps right at the window, we where meant to stay 2 nights but we left this morning... AVOID!!!!!! And to get to your room is like a maze, oh and seagulls outside the window, making noise and going in the bins, horrible experience 😑 waste of money, stains on the pillow case and towel
