We got to Tophams early and the maid made a big effort to clean our room so we could get in early. The room was always immaculate when we returned after a day out and about. The front desk was great and the breakfast employees were very nice and accommodating. Thanks for a great stay. See you next December!

Excellent staff, very clean & comfortable room. Great food, the breakfast was plentiful and had a great selection and the fresh baked cookies every afternoon were a lovely treat.. Location was fantastic and was close to Victoria station.We had a wonderful stay and would definitely book again.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Hotel was easy walking distance to major attractions. Only downside was shower which was very small. No problem for my wife and I, but I could easily see how this may not work for some.

The room was in the basement of the building. The elevator stopped working. The tiniest space, nowhere to unpack the basics. Two very narrow single beds. Shower that had difficult temperature controls …. Very disappointing.
