Nice and helpful staff, convenient and quiet environment near hotel, especially near Victoria Station

床舖乾淨舒適，但廁所設施有水龍頭壞，通往房間道路毎每上落數級樓梯，拿着行大型李旅客極為不便，而通道亦為極之狹窄，沒有無障礙通道，客人要將行李搬上搬落，極之麻煩，而房間空間不足，行李喼無法打平開啟，今次的房間沒有景觀，極之失望，如評分滿分為5分，最多只能提供3分，酒店方便還有大量改進空間，酒店職員態度友善，樂於協助旅客。酒店位置還算方便，距離維多利亞車站五至8分鐘腳程。完

浴室淋浴間沒有裝蓮蓬頭（可能是壞了沒修），直接露出水管，有點傻眼

只有早餐不錯，工作人員也不錯，其他都不好，價格太貴，絕對不會想再入住。

Good location,

The room tide and not kids friendly at all.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Hotel was easy walking distance to major attractions. Only downside was shower which was very small. No problem for my wife and I, but I could easily see how this may not work for some.

Very comfortable, stylish decor, great location

We got to Tophams early and the maid made a big effort to clean our room so we could get in early. The room was always immaculate when we returned after a day out and about. The front desk was great and the breakfast employees were very nice and accommodating. Thanks for a great stay. See you next December!

les plus : -personnel impeccable -établissement très propre les moins: - petits déjeuner «  léger » - chambre vieux parquet très bruillante - espace très réduit, pas d armoire pour ranger - salle de bain avec wc très petite et manque d accessoires ( pas de prise de courant et pas de chauffage)… - Tv sur un mur parallèle au lit et non en face : résultat torticolis au bout de 3 nuits!!! vraiment pas cool!

Love the location and staff

We had a great stay. The hotel was clean and in a very convenient area. The only complaint is that the shower was extremely small. The are for the tub should have been used for the shower.

Excellent staff, very clean & comfortable room. Great food, the breakfast was plentiful and had a great selection and the fresh baked cookies every afternoon were a lovely treat.. Location was fantastic and was close to Victoria station.We had a wonderful stay and would definitely book again.

We arrived and the elevator was out of service. We were early so we explored and when we came back later we were tired and laid down. It was later at night but it suddenly dawned on me that we did not have a king sized bed or larger room like I booked. We were too tired to go to desk so I waited until morning. The next morning I reported that we had been put in the wrong type of room. We were simply moved into the correct type of room. No apologies, no offer to reimburse me for the night we were in the wrong room. Nothing. If I hadnt complained, we wouldnt have even been moved. My husband is 6'3" and slept in a full bed with his feet hanging off the bed because someone couldn't be bothered to put us in the correct room. When in the new room, the sink didn't work and a repair man had to be sent to fix that. We had to wash our hands in the bathtub until it was fixed. I overpaid for a hotel that is in a nice area, but other than that was not worth the money.

The lift was out of service for all three days of our stay. We were in the 2nd floor, we are over 60 years old. I would appreciate some token, such as one free breakfast to compensate for the inconvenience. Also the tea kettle was leaking and all the water spilled in the tray.

Hotel lobby, staff, restaurant and location are lovely. Bedrooms are a little dated and the bathroom featured a tub only with a handheld nozzle only and no glass partition or curtain which made showering less than ideal.
