Very nice Aparthotel in a great neighborhood. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The property may be due for some updates but still a very pleasant place to stay. Metro station is very close, as are groceries and good restaurants.

After doing A LOT of research on hotels in this area (as other family members had booked nearby) I decided to book the Adagio Nation and have to say it's fantastic. From the very warm welcome from Jakub and all the team including the manager (apologies I forgot the name!) it's a really nicely run, friendly place. It's literally just a few minutes' walk from Metro line 6 at Daumsenil (maps often says Bel-Air station is closer but it's not quite as nice a location, so recommend using Daumesnil). The room was set up as twin for my son and myself and have to say the beds and bedding were exceptionally comfy. Our room was on the back of the building with two massive windows overlooking landscaped gardens and trees - such a nice quiet spot. The mini kitchen is an incredible luxury for those staying a bit longer, or those even on a short break looking to have a little breakfast or store snacks, cook a basic meal. The bathroom and shower and lighting/mirrors excellent. Another massive plus is how well the storage is designed - there is SO much available including a safe, hanging space, drawers - you really could live here quite comfortably for a wee bit! The full size iron and board also a welcome addition, as was the mini breakfast bar. For info there's a small convenience store just across the road with most things on your doorstep. For a wonderful Italian about 10 minutes walk away cannot recommend Amalfi 86 boulevard de Picpus, 75012 enough.

Pros—air conditioned rooms which was so nice during the Paris heatwave. Kitchen with fridge. Nice staff. Close to metro. Cons—housekeeping is only offered every 8 days unless you pay for it, you can get one fresh towel and then you have to pay for more, had to ask several times to get towels.

The apartment was very quiet and relaxing. It was a good size and didn't feel cramped. There was an added bonus of having access to the drinks machine 24 hours a day for unlimited drinks like tea, coffee and hot chocolate.

On the website it says that it was going to have room cleaning if you stay for 8 night or more. We were there for 8 nights and nothing was cleaned. Other than that the hotel was good.

The hotel is in a quiet residential area with the metro right across the street and grocery stores nearby. My room had a small bedroom and a sofa bed separated by a partition, along with a functional kitchenette stocked with enough utensils and cutlery. Amenities were basic but fair for the price. The lounge offers free coffee and tea, and the staff were helpful — they even arranged a taxi to the station at checkout.

They put the same pictures for all types of rooms on Expedia (and I am sure everywhere else). So, what you see is NOT what you get. This is a DECEIVING practice. When I tried to fix the problem, they assured me that Expedia does not let them choose proper pictures (which is total BS!) When I asked what the manager’s name was, so I’d like to talk to them, the staff member Fabrice wouldn’t give me their name and kept saying that they were busy. I spent probably 2 hours trying to fix this issue with them and Expedia. I ended up moving to a higher-level apartment and paid $180 more for it, which was a rip-off. If I hadn’t just come from a long flight, I’d have just cancelled them (Expedia was kind enough to offer that option to me) and gone to a different place. On top of it, they charged me twice as much for the city taxes! The only friendly person there was Ajmeer, who tried to help, but it still didn’t work out well for me. So, I would recommend staying away from this chain as far as possible! Overall, I had a horrible experience with them.

Budget traveler's paradise - not deluxe, and not my favorite hotel. The room itself was fine and spacious -- albeit with quirks. The hallways were basic and blah. Security staff seemed to do little except scowl and lounge around in the main area. Front porch was nice as was free coffee. We paid extra for a hotel with a gym only to find a treadmill, and ecliptical machine, and four 5 kg weights.

Great hotel, very close to metro. Nice area seemed to be quiet & more local people rather than tourists when walking around. For Paris the rooms are very generous in size! Nice bathroom which good kitchen area, big fridge! Beds not the best, but everything else was great & very secure. Loved the free coffee machine on ground floor. Also there is a great little shop right outside which had cheap wine.
