I've stayed in tiny family-run hotels in developing countries that were run with more care, competence and hospitality than Disneyland Hotel Paris. The room phone deserves a special mention. I called Reception, Concierge or Room Service around 100 times during our stay. They answered maybe twice. Every request meant walking to reception and waiting another 10–15 minutes in line. Room service somehow achieved perfection in the wrong direction. We ordered five times. They got the order wrong five out of five times. Every delivery was late. At one point I literally begged them not to mess up the order. They still did. Then there were the caramelised nuts. "20 minutes," they promised. An hour later: "They're on the way." I left the hotel and asked Reception to make sure they were waiting in the room. They arrived the day later. Housekeeping rarely replaced basic items. The TV died in the middle of the World Cup semi-final my son had stayed up to watch. I called Reception 12 times. Nobody answered. The A/C unit was falling apart and the toilet barely flushed. The most shocking part? The staff were often rude and condescending, despite the eye-watering prices. If you simply enjoy setting money on fire, I recommend this hotel wholeheartedly. Everyone else should stay somewhere -anywhere- else.

Deluxe room was nice and access to the D lounge was the way to go for 2 meals a day included , the food is very repetitive unfortunately and lacks variety. Pastries were very nice , Staff in d lounge could be more attentive

Beautiful hotel. Rooms were spacious and appropriately appointed. Great location to enjoy Disney parks and Disney Village. Be aware that you will not be able to enjoy the amenities (i.e. pool) until check-in.

Issues with concierge staff being rude and denying us a gift voucher we were entitled to and had proof that we were issued it as a guest recovery from Disney due to previous poor service. Made to feel like we were lying about it even when presenting them an email from their own company. Told at 8am we would get a call from a manager 2:30pm no call happened went back and were rude to us again pretending there was a language barrier when the same person spoke to us that morning with no issue with language. After noon after 4pm call came and the weakest apology I have ever received.

Everything from the greeting to the room was fabulous. We arrived at 7:45am. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was ready at 2pm instead of 3pm and we were told about all the benefits to staying at the hotel. I am still shocked at how easy it is to book at princess meet and greet! The beds are so comfy, waterfall shower…amazing and the hidden details in the decoration are truly special. The little bedtime tea and story is a sweet touch. I love that there is a fridge and free water/soft drinks. The tv mirror is pretty amazing and you can log int your Disney+ account or create an account and use the service on the DLH so Disney movies in your room is accessible 10/10 stay. Plus I love how close it is to get to your room from the park after the fireworks.

Excellent bar, rooms were lovely and pretty good for family of 4 where the children are young (and not able to be in a separate room) and adjoining rooms available. Bathroom was very nice, separate toilet which is great for a family room. Staff incredibly helpful.

Very friendly check in, room was beautiful and a very comfy bed, the food at the total banquet was excellent and a lovely cocktail in Fleur de Lys! Would love for there to be a little coffee shop which is open before the park for the mornings!
