Beautiful hotel. Rooms were spacious and appropriately appointed. Great location to enjoy Disney parks and Disney Village. Be aware that you will not be able to enjoy the amenities (i.e. pool) until check-in.

Issues with concierge staff being rude and denying us a gift voucher we were entitled to and had proof that we were issued it as a guest recovery from Disney due to previous poor service. Made to feel like we were lying about it even when presenting them an email from their own company. Told at 8am we would get a call from a manager 2:30pm no call happened went back and were rude to us again pretending there was a language barrier when the same person spoke to us that morning with no issue with language. After noon after 4pm call came and the weakest apology I have ever received.

This is where truly lifetime memories are made! Thank you to the team for making our family’s Disney dream come true. Excellent service, clean rooms and second to none access to the parks.

Everything from the greeting to the room was fabulous. We arrived at 7:45am. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was ready at 2pm instead of 3pm and we were told about all the benefits to staying at the hotel. I am still shocked at how easy it is to book at princess meet and greet! The beds are so comfy, waterfall shower…amazing and the hidden details in the decoration are truly special. The little bedtime tea and story is a sweet touch. I love that there is a fridge and free water/soft drinks. The tv mirror is pretty amazing and you can log int your Disney+ account or create an account and use the service on the DLH so Disney movies in your room is accessible 10/10 stay. Plus I love how close it is to get to your room from the park after the fireworks.

Excellent bar, rooms were lovely and pretty good for family of 4 where the children are young (and not able to be in a separate room) and adjoining rooms available. Bathroom was very nice, separate toilet which is great for a family room. Staff incredibly helpful.

Juste mon point négatif est le thème de la chambre ... Malheureusement je n'aime pas du tout Blanche Neige ... Sinon rien à redire sur l'hotel. SPA, piscine et hammam au top 👌 Restaurant '' Royal Banquet '' toujours aussi bien accueil. Bien achalandé en terme de choix. Juste bémol du café qui n'est pas top. Un merci supplémentaire à Karima, Daniel et Aurore (piscine) pour leur accueil, leur sourire et leur professionnalisme. Merci à la princesse Cendrillon pour son accueil, son sourire et l'accueil général de tous les Casts et photographe du moment royal 👌 Je reviendrai ça c'est sur ! Super cadre extérieur et intérieur, apaisant et reposant.

Very friendly check in, room was beautiful and a very comfy bed, the food at the total banquet was excellent and a lovely cocktail in Fleur de Lys! Would love for there to be a little coffee shop which is open before the park for the mornings!

This hotel is stunning. The rooms were so clean and beds were amazingly comfortable. The pillow service was a nice surprise. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. All in all it was a magical stay.

Ótimo hotel e em frente dos parques, há uma brasileira na recepção do hotel, Júlia, muito prestativa e simpática. Bom café da manhã, reserve os restaurantes. Enfim, recomendo.

Stay at this hotel every year and it never fails to impress. Room was very clean and comfortable. Restaurants were amazing with plenty of Disney characters visiting. The location being on the park entrance is extremely convenient.

Facilities were wondeful but lack of ANY view from the bedroom makes it 4/5. We had a 'Superior' room which unfortunately was on the rear of the end wing and felt pretty hidden from the above average clientelle- upgrade to a balcony/view if possible to add that extra sparkle.
