Excellent location and the property was very clean but small

It has very easy access, excellent location and appropriate cost.

The location was perfect. All staff was great! Lots of food options near by and a street over gives you the perfect view without the crowd. Restaurants nearby that arent crowded. Grocery store, and other covenient shops in a mall nearby. Rooms are small but worth the convenience. And you are only there to sleep anyways.

Location of this hotel is perfect. Walkable to Eiffel Tower, lots of dining options, grocery stores etc. Staff were friendly. Unfortunately the room I had booked was 2 double beds and we did not get that. We had 1 double and 2 single beds however, one bed was ground level and not raised and when we pulled out the bed so much dust was there. I had emailed the hotel prior to coming to advise of our allergies. I ended up sharing a single bed with my teen daughter, did not have a great sleep for our entire stay. Also the smell in this hotel is not pleasant. Very small rooms, not much room to move around. Overall the only thing

We chose this boutique hotel for its proximity to the Trocadéro and Victor Hugo subway stops. From these two stations, we could easily explore all of Paris. The room was small, for a family of 4, but we knew this from our research before booking We only used it for sleeping, the size wasn’t an issue. The bilingual staff were friendly and offered excellent restaurant recommendations.

Location was ideal for Paris. Some staff were excellent. On e person was not helpful. Would not recommend for someone with accessibility needs

This property was a great experience for our family when we stayed in Paris on our European vacation. Location was perfect for getting to and from the major attractions. The staff and owners were super friendly and helpful the entire stay. We will go back again!

We loved this hotel. We understand European hotels are much different space wise than American hotels. With that said, the staff couldn’t be nicer or more accommodating. They were so nice, the entire hotel staff. We arrived early after a long flight, and they were quick to clean our room and let us in to enjoy the space. The hotel was clean and had AC with our own thermostat in our room, so we could adjust to our liking. The hotel is in walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triumph, and all the store in Paris! Breakfast was also wonderful with the all you can drink cafe machine. Overall, fabulous stay and would highly recommend. Thank you so much!

This hotel is very nice, it’s small but we had all that we needed! It’s very close to Trocadero for dining options, walkable to the Eiffel Tower, and a metro station. We loved our stay and would definitely use it again.

The location is excellent, but the hotel itself was disappointing. Our flight from Palma to Paris was delayed, and we ended up arriving a day late. We asked the hotel to move our check-in to the following day, which they agreed to, but they offered no assistance or discount for missing a night (worth over $500). Upon arrival, we were assigned a room down a dark hallway with a tiny window overlooking the smoking patio, so we couldn’t open the window at all. The room lacked any real view—it felt more like a closet—and the air conditioning was either too cold or too hot. It also had a moldy smell, and I experienced a severe allergy attack every time the AC was on. Right after checking in, I approached the front desk to request a different room with a window, preferably not on the ground or basement level. They told me all rooms were booked. They then claimed that we had the best room in the hotel, with the front desk employee even saying, “I would spend money for this room; it’s the best room, no room is better.” I told him I felt claustrophobic and couldn’t breathe, but he just responded with “sorry.” Getting to our room involved passing through seven doors, and once, when leaving, we found ourselves blocked in by a café table—potentially a fire hazard. Luckily, we managed to find our way out. If you stay at this hotel, be sure to avoid Room #10!
