Great stay overall! As an American traveler, I really appreciated that the staff spoke English and were very kind and welcoming. The lobby was very inviting and the entire hotel was extremely clean. The complimentary fresh coffee and cold water were amazing and a great touch. The location is excellent, it’s in a quiet residential area but still very close to the Eiffel Tower. There’s also a mall right around the corner and a Starbucks even closer, which made it very convenient. The area felt safe and comfortable to walk around at night. The only small downsides were that the room did not have a safe and there was no keyhole to see who was knocking at the door. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here because the location, cleanliness, and friendly staff made it a great experience.

Very noisy, washrooms smelt weird and the power and water went out. They had to move us to a different hotel because you couldn’t even use the washroom. Very inconvenient. Rooms were old and didn’t even have side tables

Easy online check in, friendly staff, clean room. Perfect room for a weekend away. Such an easy quick walk to the eiffel tower with restaurants and super markets and bakery’s near by. Amazing hotel!
