It’s worth price. The room is a little small for 2 people.

Overall, cheap and nice with kind staffs. Some suggestions to make this hotel better nonetheless. Dryer rack and towel rack were loose and easily broken apart. No ventilation in the bathroom/toilet so smell and humid stay longer.

J'ai eu la chambre 1er étage côté rue. Chambre propre et petite TV. Mais elle est extrêmement bruyante, on entend tout les bruits extérieurs, le triple vitrage devrait être de rigueur sur cette étage. Donc l'isolation phonique est à revoir. Petit déjeuner très bien, et café et jus en illimité à l'accueil.

Clean room, shops not far ,

Room had not been cleaned when we arrived. Front desk clerk very apologetic, she cleaned the room and gave us free breakfast the next morning. Rooms super small, like 150 sq ft just room for the bed and that is it. Beds very comfortable. Old soap on the shower faucet that had been there a long time and old black mold on outside caulking on shower. Very tiny elevator. Breakfast was great. This felt more like a hostel to us. Close to shops and the Eiffel tower

Cafe da manha bom. Quarto no terreo é barulhento, mas era so por 1 dia. Limpo, equipe agradavel, cama de casal pequena.

In the morning we found many ants on the floor, as well as blood on the bedsheets. Room 10 is immediately behind the reception on the ground floor and therefore the road noise is very loud. Trains are noisy from early in the morning.

Great location

Great stay overall! As an American traveler, I really appreciated that the staff spoke English and were very kind and welcoming. The lobby was very inviting and the entire hotel was extremely clean. The complimentary fresh coffee and cold water were amazing and a great touch. The location is excellent, it’s in a quiet residential area but still very close to the Eiffel Tower. There’s also a mall right around the corner and a Starbucks even closer, which made it very convenient. The area felt safe and comfortable to walk around at night. The only small downsides were that the room did not have a safe and there was no keyhole to see who was knocking at the door. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here because the location, cleanliness, and friendly staff made it a great experience.

The property is located close to Metro station and 20 min walk to Eiffel Tower. Lots of restaurants close by. Although a ways away from central Paris very easy to get to via Metro. Problem with hotel is that there was a terrible odor in the bathroom while we stayed there. If the odor could be fixed then this hotel would be great for the price.

A localização muito boa, a recepção excelente, o quarto ok, único problema é o cheiro de esgoto no quarto que era muito forte.
