Hôtel Mercure Paris Centre Tour Eiffel

Easy stroll to Eiffel Tower , jogging path 2 short blocks from the hotel . Very small toilet space but good value for the money.

Most of the rooms are connecting room and it means noise.

Location #1 room had a smell but comfortable

This is my third time to stay at this hotel and it never disappoints. It’s very near the Eiffel Tower (3-5 min walk) and its location is near the other famous landmarks of Paris. You can walk if you want to explore the city center. The Louve and Musee d’ Orsay are about 2 miles away, while Avenue des Champs Elysees and Arc de Triomphe is about 1.7 miles. You wouldn’t notice the distance because there’s so much beautiful sights to see. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was clean and quiet. I will definitely come back with my family.

Loved that the Eiffel tower is on your door step. Staff were kind and helpful. Room was clean, up to date, and bed was comfortable. Only downside was that walls were very thin and so I was woken early due to hearing other people's doors slamming.

We stayed between the 24th and 29th of December. Didn’t get given a room with a view of the eiffel tower. The location right next to the eiffel tower was handy since we had a reservation at the Jules Verne restaurant. However that was the only benefit to booking this room. The room was in serious need of renovation, it smelt and looked so tired. The room cleaning was not done properly each day, items were not always replaced. The soap dispensers were all half falling off the wall. Just overall a terrible experience. The breakfast buffet was awful, all the food was cold and nothing was in the right place, the coffee machines weren’t working. We ended up going across the street to have breakfast at the Pullman hotel - it was exceptional.

We stayed in 3 different rooms, all of them had a smell of humidity. I stayed in this same hotel 10 years ago and I loved it that’s why I came back but this time was not a good experience.
