I loved this little hotel. The staff were lovely, breakfast was yummy, the rooms were clean, the bed was comfy. We had a load of laundry done for us for which we were very grateful. I’m not a fan of shower curtains would be my only criticism but overall, I enjoyed my stay at the Louisa Hotel.

It says the rooms sleep 3, they do not! Staff denied us three to a room resulting in us purchasing another room ($$). Staff was also not very nice, polite, or helpful when we brought the false advertisement to their attention. Overall okay for a last minute stay however wouldn’t recommend for a long period of time. Room is VERY small.

Great location within minutes of the Metro and Trains. Champs Elysée a 5 min walk. Nice simple breakfast offered with very helpful staff at front desk. Rooms a little small, but comfortable and a safe area of the city.

Visiting Paris for conference this accommodation was chosen for its location and transport links. Very reasonably priced and good check-in facilities. Different members of staff throughout the stay and option for breakfast. Room was comfortable with simple facilities.

It's a challenging situation，after we just finished a long fly and arrived in Paris. We booked a room for 3, two adults and one teen, but when we arrived, front desk staff told us that we have to pay 50 Euro extra per night, because the third person is only for children under 6!!!??? When we tried to communicate with expedia support line staff, which was on the phone with the hotel staff the whole time, she refused to speak to us. We were really shocked and confused " what is going on here ！！！！"After we went on line and asked other Expedia staff to take care of it, we were finally able to start our journey in Paris without worry about is it the hotel or Expedia's problem?！！Very stressful check in！！ Other than this, the hotel staff is very welcoming, especially the beautiful lady, . The location is unbeatable. The hotel room is extremely tiny and old, no sound proved. You can hear everything. If you just need a place to stay, this one will do.

Very small room ! Staircase very narrow , no air conditioning, only a small desk fan , one weird think was we had 2 room , as we were going out for the day , a older lady at front desk asked for the keys to our room , we said it was ok we keep it , then she said we need to clean the room , but said we don’t need to clean the room cause we only there for 2 days , she said ok , but when got back to our room one of the room was clean and the other not ? Hmm ? And on day of check out a younger lady was talking about bad about us in French to her colleagues but little they know I know abit French , they made fun of us cause we Asian ! Don’t recommend this please ! No air con at 28-35 degree heat !

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. I needed to leave my suitcases there before check in and they were totally nice about it, placing it in a dedicated closet. Room is small but clean. Fair for the lower price. Nice quiet residential neighborhood, yet plenty of restaurant options around. Breakfast looked nice (I didn’t have time for it). Would recommend for a budget stay.

Located in a very good spot, we had a difficult time checking in but once things were sorted it was a decent hotel. The curtain in the bathrooms were not very clean but that would be my only thing.

Wonderful location, felt very safe. As others have mentioned, our room didn’t have AC, but for the price in that area, we were ok with that-thankfully the temp wasn’t too hot, slept with the window open & fan on.
