Great! Ate Josie (Filipina) clean our room everyday. She changed our towels and arranged beddings everyday. Our room temperature is very cold which gives us comfort because of 29-35 degrees heat outside. As to comfort and location, the place is secured and very near all restaurants, fast food chains, shopping center and mrt. I recommend this place and I’ll stay here when we’ll get back. Thank you Joyous for taking care of us! We really had a joyful summer vacation for 4D/3N.

The room is considered small for Thai people. But considered big for Hong Kong people, clean room, good service staff The maid service is good. Ask before every time whether you want to clean it. Entering the first day before the time must be checked in 2 afternoon So leave the bag here for free. From another year that people say they have to pay deposit This year There is no room deposit fee like other schools in the Kong room. There are 2 bottles of water daily. Very expensive outside Arathad School, many famous restaurants Michelin shops have easy access to MTR tea shops. People here speak 95% English and speak Thai too. Overall very good. Will definitely stay again

And most importantly, the price is affordable considering the service and the room that they provide. It's very worth it and has spacious room and bathroom compared to other hotels with same budget. Very close to MTR Fortress Hill. Modern minimalist and clean room. Complete bathroom amenities. And have free simple breakfast (coffee, tea, bread, fruits).
