So far so good, only all the towel is not in good condition, either the colour is not white anymore, or a bit ripped. If you want to borrow plate or spoon, you need to take it by yourself at the restaurant. The hotel was good, but unfortunately not maintained well.

Everything 's good to spend the night at this hotel. But I have some notes:- When I checked in, I got a room on the smoking floor which I have some concerns and when I requested for non-smoking room It 's not available at the moment, (part of my fault too because I didn't request a non-smoking room on the reservation).- For the breakfast, it looks like the breakfast area cannot accommodate the guest capacity, I have to wait to get the table and the guests that come after me also have the experience. Other than that, it was a good experience to spend the night at this hotel.

Kapok nginep disini. Dapat sarung bantal yg sudah berbulu, handuk yg sudah usang dan sobek. Selimut yang sudah coklat warnanya, dan yang paling parah banyak kecoa kecil, saya sudah mematikan 3 kecoa kecil dan masih melihat 4 kecoa yg berkeliaran. Saya sampai tidak bisa tidur karena takut ke kasur tempat anak tidur. Takut masuk ke kuping anak.

Wow. I heard the conversation between front office and hk about the room are chaotic. Well I'm a mom with a kid. And we check out in the middle of the night, so am I supposed to cleaning our room? What are exactly the job desc of room boy in this hotel? Complaining?

Respons on your review, we find out the detail of your reservation. You are stay at Our hotel 4 nights and never request for cleaning the room,
Upon your cek out on mid night, we have SOP for checking the room for make sure everything in the room it’s good condition and ensure that none of your belongings are left behind, but when checking the room we found that the linen and mattress had spots from spilled drinks which caused our linen and mattress to become very dirty and needed treatment to clean them, therefore we informed you about this. what makes linens and mattresses so dirty. Because the stain is still fresh and wet, we charge an additional fee to carry out the treatment process so that the linen and mattress are clean again.
Please be smart guest for the next. so this case does not happen again on other hotel cause human error you did
