Stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. Highly recommended! Since I brought my kids, my main concern was the kids' activities. The playground is spacious, there are 2 swimming pools in total, both of which are warm water pools (near the check-in area and near the playground), the food is delicious, the staff are very helpful and friendly. Parking is not far from the room. The view from the room is very nice (I took the mountain view type). In the morning after breakfast, you can jog on the jogging track beside the rice fields with a mountain view.

We visited this hotel during school holidays. It was a great experience! The room was aesthetically pleasing, the bathroom was beautiful, and even the hotel hallway was charming. We also got two water park tickets as a bonus. If we have the time and the opportunity, we'll be back!

I didn't expect much at first because it was just for sleeping but this hotel is really beyond expectations! Affordable price but quality 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Safe, comfortable, spacious parking, there is a mini playground for children, the staff are very friendly, stay healthy, all the fathers😍. Spacious room, wide, soft mattress, size 200x200, everything is clean, delicious breakfast complete with chicken, soup, porridge for children, everything is available, the location is in the middle of the city, it's good to go anywhere. Basically, if you go to Garut, don't hesitate to stay here🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

From the moment we arrived, the staff, including Mr. Pian, was very helpful in explaining everything. The room was cozy, and the atmosphere was perfect for a family staycation. The kids were also very happy. The in-room food and breakfast were both delicious Sundanese specialties. Overall, it was a very good place to stay.

The atmosphere is quite comfortable. The room is clean. I stayed in the Anggrek room. It's enough for two people. It's not very spacious, but it's comfortable enough for the price. The view from the room is really cool, directly overlooking the mountains, which is very calming. The staff and security are very friendly. Easy access. Thank you 🙏😇

Staying here was truly comfortable. The location is perfect on Karang Papak Beach, so you can see the ocean every day and hear the relaxing sound of the waves. The rooms are clean, tidy, and comfortable for relaxing, and the amenities are quite complete. The best part is waking up in the morning to the beach view. The service is friendly and makes you feel at home. If you visit Karang Papak Beach again, I'll definitely stay here again.
