This was the first staycation at Mulia Hotel in Jakarta, and we had a wonderful experience during New Year’s Eve. The hotel management had shown very good preparation during check-in time, throughout our stay until check-out time went smoothly. All staff are very helpful and cheerful. The rooms were clean. I stayed for 2 days in a family room, the room was very big/spacious, clean, there were 3 beds that were also big, the bathroom was separate from the toilet so it was nice, no need to queue if someone had to go to the toilet, towels and toiletries were complete and clean. The food in the restaurant was very varied from western to traditional, my kids really liked it there. Incidentally, I have stayed there twice, last year. That's why I took this hotel again, the access is very easy, there are 2 big malls that are shopping options. The staff is friendly and quick to respond, when the bathroom fan broke down they were quickly fixed, needed an iron quickly delivered, basically very satisfied. Next time if I have a staycation with my family, God willing, I will be at this hotel again. Maintain or improve the service. Thank you.

The location is strategic, with many eateries around the hotel. The hotel is in the same building as Inul Vista, massage parlors, ramen... Basically, I will stay there again if I go to Jakarta.

from the reviews of the other app that said that any w home is really good, I was interested in trying this one, it was really hard to get on the desired date because it was full very quickly and when I got it, it turned out the place was really comfortable, there was no noise because it was in the complex so it was quiet, the staff were all friendly, the room was really clean the first thing I noticed was that the room was quiet and really clean, comfortable, getting netf was the best because you didn't have to use your own account, the wifi was also fast, for a strategic location, for the room overall it was good, the pool was really clean, this is recommended, if you get a date and there is an empty one, you won't regret coming here again!!!

The Mangoes Suite is a 3-star hotel but it feels like a 5-star hotel to me. I love the service, the rooms, and the food. The place is quiet, the lobby is clean and aesthetic, and the staff are kind and friendly. Basically, The Mangoes is one of my favorite hotels in Jakarta right now 🫶🏻 And you have to go to the rooftop. Swimming is a must while enjoying the rooftop atmosphere.
