It's conveniently located, there's no traffic, great views, clean rooms, complete amenities, delicious food, a photo booth, and fun activities like a balloon house, sports field, animal enclosures, and electric scooters. As we enjoyed our previous stay 2 years ago, my wife and I thought we would like another stay here as it's a great location for visiting family and friends. The hotel itself is set in such a peaceful and quiet location it's hard to believe you're in a city. The room is spacious and a very comfortable bed makes it easy to get a good night's sleep. The bathroom facilities are just as good. I will say all the staff we encountered were warm, polite, and very welcoming, and although we mainly only had breakfast, the food was really good, tasty, and had good selections. I look forward to my next visit.

Stayed here in a studio room. From the moment you arrive, you're greeted with a welcome drink from the friendly and helpful staff. The room is clean, fragrant, and the interior is aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. A big plus is the large window with a direct view of the mountain and the spacious balcony perfect for barbecues. There's also a bathtub with a view and a spacious and fragrant bathroom. The food at the cafe is also quite delicious, highly recommended.

This was our first stay at this Balinese-inspired hotel, located in the heart of the city, very close to the Bogor Botanical Gardens and Bogor's culinary scene. We enjoyed the friendly service from the security, reception, and room service staff. We received a surprise gift voucher, bracelets, and Balinese coffee and nuts. The room was clean, tidy, and fragrant, with complete and functional amenities. It was truly a very pleasant first time for our family.

Great and clean villa for a family of 10 people. The villas are not close to each other, so privacy is well maintained. Highly recommended for a family stay away from the traffic congestion of Puncak.

It's all average. I stayed 2 nights with my family, got Ruby 7 right in front of pool. AC is OK, swimming pool is OK, our room is spacious, big bed, sofa, hot water for shower, it has mini fridge too that is quite useful. But we got no toiletries, no towels, no doormats on the bathroom, TV was broken, wifi was sucks, and no extra pillow as my special request that I write when I booked the room until I repeatedly asked for it (I used my dirty cloth as doormat cause I need it in the bathroom, toiletries doormat and towels was delivered after I asked, and had to pay Rp10,000.- for my extra pillow which is OK I don't really mind about it). There are no slippers in this room. Bathroom window's frame is eaten by termites, dirty mirror, windows and front door was a bit dirty too I can see it clearly since those are made of glass, even my older daughter found a big dead cockroach on the corner. They provide kettle but no cups available (there is phone on the room but no description which number is what so I asked directly to receptionist. They told me to asked to the restaurant, and no one there so I took 2 cups by myself from the desk). On the second day we left after breakfast, I asked them to clean our room. They said they need our room key so I gave it. But when we got back on the evening, our room is still uncleaned. The housekeeper came to clean our room an hour after I complained. While we stayed 2 nights, the electricity went out 2 times. Breakfast was so-so. Services and cleanliness should be improved, it could be better than this. And the room should be renovated soon. The bathroom light is too dark it feels a bit scary. After all, thank you and hopefully it'll get better in the future.
