The staff is friendly and responsive. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is also good quality. The dinner menu is also attractive. The location is strategic, close to the toll gate.

Absolutely brilliant staff, from the arrival airport driver Rahman and all reception team who greeted me nicely upon arrival at the hotel, they were amazing. I can't thank each one of the housekeepings at the corridor as well, all were super helpful and amazing. My high floor request has fulfilled and the room definitely comfy. I wrote something on a paper in the room to the team for the fabulous service indeed. Would love to be back again next time ☺

The hotel's strategic location is near Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, the PIK area, and is connected to the mall. The hotel grounds are very clean, the rooms are well-designed and well-lit, and the room is very quiet. The breakfast selection is extensive and delicious, and the gym, pool, and other facilities are adequate and excellent. The hotel staff are all friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for both staycations and business trips.

I was very impressed with my stay at Hotel Neo+ Airport Jakarta due to its strategic location and easy access. The staff was very friendly, check-in was quick, and the Wi-Fi was smooth. The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable for a good night's rest. Furthermore, the food in the restaurant was top-notch.

The most comfortable apartment and have been a regular for the past 2 years. With a cheap price, but the facilities & cleanliness are top-notch. Not like other apartments. The staff are friendly & fast response.

This hotel is great. Although small, the rooms are quite spacious. The beds are clean, the TV is good, there are slippers, hot water, and toiletries. I also got a reminder for the free shuttle bus that I had booked. There's a bakery on the ground floor. I've stayed here several times for overnight stays and it's always comfortable.

I swear it's really comfortable, really nice, the place is really clean. Highly recommended. The toilet is clean, the water can be hot/warm/cold. Lots of soap and it's good. The staff are also friendly. Spacious parking lot, easy to find coffee, snacks and heavy meals.
