Very happy to have found this hotel, happy to be able to stay here and have stayed here twice. From all sides it really deserves a thumbs up. Strategic location, check in - check out is not complicated, from the receptionist to the aesthetic room, the most favorite because it is smoker friendly, unique because there are rooms that have a smoking area, there is a smart TV. Friendly security guards, friendly and very fast receptionists. For a fairly affordable price, I am very satisfied to get a service like this. Everything is really comfortable and 100% will come back here again. Thank you 🙂‍↕️

My second night at Luxeur, late check-in was incredibly easy and fast. The front desk was prompt and friendly. I stayed in the same room and felt completely at home. The bed was comfortable and high-quality. The room was clean and comfortable, and very close to my activities. The hot water for the shower was steady. Toiletries were complete. When I checked out in the rain, the security guard at the front desk promptly helped me with my luggage. They also provided an umbrella, so I could get around comfortably. Worth every penny.

Always a comfortable stay here. The rooms are spacious, the staff is friendly, and check-in and check-out are easy. The breakfast is delicious. The location is strategic, and it's right next to Plaza Festival, so if you want to grab a bite to eat, you can just walk there.

I have a superb 2 nights stay at Raffles Jakarta with family, the check-in is smooth like butter. I arrived early at 12.10 noon and the receptionist on duty was so kind; he checked me in 10 minutes later. Breakfast was delicious with a wide array of food selection. Unforgettable.

Hotel offers excellent hospitality. The staff were amazing: housekeeping, room service, the breakfast team, and the rooftop restaurant staff were all very kind and attentive. The staff in the restaurant were extremely nice, super attentive, and always smiling, truly an amazing experience. I would also like to give special thanks to the front desk team, especially to Ragil (not sure if I spelled it correctly), who handled my check-in. He was very nice and social, which made the arrival experience even better. I also want to give a special thanks to the ladies at breakfast, who always reminded me to grab anything I needed before the buffet was closed. That thoughtful gesture meant a lot, especially because I was often very focused on my work on my laptop. I stayed in room 111 for almost two weeks, and I am very grateful for the experience. Hospitality and service during a vacation are things I always value, especially as I am also a hotelier. Many thanks to all of you for your warm hospitality.

I booked a room for January 17, 2026. I contacted customer service via WhatsApp to confirm the room and amenities. What impressed me was the fast response and friendly staff. My expectations were in line with what most visitors have reviewed here, impressive. The room was clean, amenities were available, hot water was available, and there was a city view from the balcony. Access to Sudirman is very affordable, dining outside the hotel is just a short walk away, and the mall is also quite affordable with plenty of options. Truly comfortable. Thank you!
