The entire hotel area is clean, the room/bathroom is clean. The size is just right, there is a refrigerator, plenty of plugs even in the bathroom. Got a large window. When checking in, the AC was not cold enough, and after informing the hotel staff, the handling was quick. When I returned from outside, the AC was cold again ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I recently stayed at D' Bamboo Suites while looking for a budget-friendly place with reliable Wi-Fi to pull an all-nighter for my side projects. This hotel exceeded my expectations for its class; it felt much more premium than a basic budget stay. The ambiance is incredibly cozy and comfortable, making it an ideal spot to stay focused and productive throughout the night. The highlights of my stay were definitely the on-site restaurant and the overall convenience. The food is very affordable yet delicious, I even ordered the "Mie Bangladesh" twice because it was that good!

Very happy to have found this hotel, happy to be able to stay here and have stayed here twice. From all sides it really deserves a thumbs up. Strategic location, check in - check out is not complicated, from the receptionist to the aesthetic room, the most favorite because it is smoker friendly, unique because there are rooms that have a smoking area, there is a smart TV. Friendly security guards, friendly and very fast receptionists. For a fairly affordable price, I am very satisfied to get a service like this. Everything is really comfortable and 100% will come back here again. Thank you 🙂‍↕️

The hotel staff is friendly from the security, receptionist, room service is very very good, especially the two ladies at the reception and also the man who cleaned the room and the room service is very excellent. This hotel was recommended by a friend, at first I was hesitant because I wasn't used to staying in a capsule hotel so I was afraid it wouldn't be comfortable and so on. But honestly, it turned out to be really nice. Starting from the staff being very friendly (100 for this, keep it up), all corners of the room were clean, especially the bathroom (but in the morning I had a bit of a pee in the toilet hehehe), other facilities such as dining table and chairs, water refills I really like, it's suitable for me who drinks little by little, the wi-fi is fast and steady and the location is strategic, it's easy to find anything because it's near malls, shops, eateries and so on. I like it because my first experience staying there got a room with a window facing directly to the citylight view so it's nice at night hehehe. If I go to Jakarta again, I will definitely stay here again and yes I will recommend this hotel if there are friends who need a hotel in Jakarta. Thank you!

I booked a room for January 17, 2026. I contacted customer service via WhatsApp to confirm the room and amenities. What impressed me was the fast response and friendly staff. My expectations were in line with what most visitors have reviewed here, impressive. The room was clean, amenities were available, hot water was available, and there was a city view from the balcony. Access to Sudirman is very affordable, dining outside the hotel is just a short walk away, and the mall is also quite affordable with plenty of options. Truly comfortable. Thank you!

Top Location & Service. Staying at Shankee Suites was very satisfying. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly & responsive. Strategic location with city light view, easy to go everywhere. Worth it! Kudos to the best hospitality. Rista and Robby as a staff are friendly and also very helpful. The hotel restaurant is delicious & the service is fast. Overall very satisfied👍
