We had a truly memorable stay here, as it boasts a fully equipped children's pool. Our kids really enjoyed their stay at this hotel during their Bandung vacation. The food was also delicious. We enjoyed New Year's Eve at the rooftop restaurant, overlooking the city. Overall, it was great.

A very comfortable hotel, with all the staff friendly and helpful. The highlight of this hotel is its extensive breakfast menu. In the center of the hotel is a "green forest" for relaxing, as well as a koi pond with a waterfall. There are plenty of sofas and seating in every corner, making it very pleasant. Even in the children's area, there are three staff members who take care of the kids with fun games. It's very enjoyable.

Overall, The Luxton hotel was a great place to stay. It's located at the center of the city, has spacious rooms, delicious and lots of variety of meals for breakfast. Even though the parking lot is limited, the staff was very helpful. They assisted us to park in the other hotel building which is connected with the main building. Thank you!

It was a pleasure to return to this hotel, the atmosphere and service are still the same as before when I often stayed here, with family or for business trips. The room is spacious with a bathroom with a bathtub. The check-in and check-out process was fast and you can play with the Olaf doll which is currently a winter-themed decoration prop ☃️ The choice of food and drinks for breakfast is varied, my favorite is yellow rice with all its side dishes, various traditional cakes and pastries plus you must try the delicious herbal drinks. During the Isra Miraj holiday, we were forced to take a smoking room because we couldn't get a non-smoking room. Amazingly, the room didn't smell of cigarettes at all and smelled great. Kudos to the room maintenance team. The room was comfortable, and the bathroom was provided with Dove soap. The most impressive thing was the breakfast, with plenty of choices, all delicious, and no one was disappointed. And it's great that they have gluten-free bread, and it tastes delicious too. Kudos again to the Holiday Inn team. We were satisfied with our stay here and if we plan to go back to Bandung, we will stay here again. Thank you, Holiday Inn.

It's been my 2nd time here and satisfied with the facilities. There is a welcome drink, the breakfast is delicious and varied, there is a coffee machine, tea tubruk, and herbal medicine. The location is also close to the dining area, the bathroom is clean, the shower and hot water work well, the bed is also clean. Good job Santika Hotel.

Stayed here for 2 nights and booked 2 rooms. It was a very comfortable stay at Grand Pasundan. There is a playground and a reading corner, my son was happy playing ball in the playground😄 The security staff was helpful in helping carry things to the room, the security guard besides being a bellboy also guarded the parking lot. Got a free upgrade to a deluxe room, the breakfast was plentiful and the stall variants were never finished until after eating. The swimming pool was clean. I had sent the wrong package to this hotel and the staff was very responsive when I ordered a courier to pick it up. Thank you very much Grand Pasundan ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It was a very pleasant experience. Check-in was friendly and welcoming. There was a refreshing welcome drink. The room was clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning was cool enough. Breakfast was also very enjoyable, with a variety of dishes available and easy on the palate. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
