The location is very strategic and comfortable, close to the city center, close to the mall, culinary is also close, most importantly the sea view is very beautiful.

The hotel staff is very friendly, making it comfortable to stay long at the hotel, the room is cleaned every day, in the future when I go back to my hometown, I will definitely stay again at this hotel (Hotel Sakura Manado) hopefully it will be even more successful and the service will be even better, thank you for the service while we were at the hotel.

The staffs are nice and very helpful. I forgot my iWatch charger, but the staff helped me to get it from the room even though it was already occupied by another customer. The view from the pool was nice, also can go to the Diva pool beside the hotel, the sunset was amazing! Breakfast was simple but fit the price, love the bread though 👍

The place is comfortable, the staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, tidy, and what's more, the breakfast is my favorite, next time I go to Manado, I want to stay here again ✨
