The room was clean and comfortable. I happened to request a high-floor room, which was well-ventilated and had an east-facing view, allowing me to watch the sunrise. The breakfast menu was varied and changed daily. There's a swimming pool and gym available for use.

It was a very pleasant 3-day stay at Aston Hotel Bintaro Jakarta, the atmosphere was comfortable, the hotel staff were all friendly, there was a problem with the AC and then they gave a solution to move to a new room, wow, the service was really prompt.. I was very flattered... Good service.. Then the food at breakfast was also varied and tasted delicious.... The parking lot was spacious, the hotel environment was clean and comfortable, complete with a swimming pool and gym. Anyway, I will come back again... It was fun like being at home... Mercure Tangerang BSD City remains my go to hotel when visiting BSD. Well-designed spacious rooms and friendly staff always make it a pleasure to stay. Best of all, it's only minutes walk from AEON Mall for a huge variety of shopping and eating options. Padel Hotel just opened next door which will become another plus on future visits!

I've stayed at the Santika BSD Hotel several times. It's top notch👍. It's close to the mall, just go downstairs and you'll find Teras Kota Mall. I'm especially impressed by the excellent service from the receptionist, Mr. Ansori, who is friendly, smiling, and very helpful. Santika BSD is the best 👍😍
