Best of all, it's only minutes walk from AEON Mall for a huge variety of shopping and eating options. Padel Hotel just opened next door which will become another plus on future visits!

While the entire team was kind, the person who truly made a difference was Danny from Housekeeping. In all my years of staying at hotels—ranging from Four Seasons, Hilton, IHG, Hyatt, Marriott, Radisson, Wyndham, Oberoi, Mandarin Oriental, and many more—rarely have I met someone as sincere, hardworking, and genuinely thoughtful as Danny. He ensured my room was always spotless, fresh, and comfortable, often anticipating needs before I even asked. No matter the time of day, he greeted me with humility and a warm smile. In a moment of personal uncertainty, his simple acts of care—tidying the room, checking if I needed anything, maintaining cleanliness with pride—brought a sense of stability and comfort that I truly needed. Sometimes, real hospitality is not about luxury—it’s about people like Danny, who take their work to heart and treat guests with genuine respect. I am sincerely grateful for his outstanding service.
