Best choice for business travel—room is modern, clean, and comfy, a lot of breakfast varieties, and most importantly, so well connected to Aeon Mall that you won’t find it difficult to entertain or feed yourself after a long working day haha. Staff is very kind and helpful as well, definitely will be my next stay choice when I come back to this area.

The staff was very quick & helpful. The room was spectacular. They even prepared an extra bed for my toddler and a sofa bed as well. The room was spacious, complete amenities, breakfast was great!

The hotel is new and very clean! The lobby smells great and there's a coffee shop in the same building. The room is very spacious! I really like the work desk arrangement, it's very comfortable! The surrounding area is also quiet. Close to The Breeze, just cross the street and the mall! I had a pleasant stay! Thank you!

The location is very strategic, connected to the BXC mall. Inside the mall there are many activities for children, starting from the BXSea aquarium, ice skating at BXrink, and playgrounds like Funworld, etc. The service is very good, upon check-in they gave me cookies and a drink. I checked in at midnight because I came from the airport, and was given a late check-out until 2 pm. The room is very spacious, a standard room for 2 adults and 2 children is very spacious.

The check-in process was fast and easy, you can ask for special requests for celebrations, the room is spacious and clean, all areas are clean, the hotel bathroom, swimming pool, there is also a children's playground in the Rajawali room on the 5th floor, there is a water park for children so the children are even happier, the staff are friendly and easy to ask for help. Fun, want to come back to stay at Aston Bintaro again.

I would love to stay here again. The staff is friendly. We were allowed to check in early and check out at 12:30. We stayed during Ramadan because it was just my husband and I who had sahur. Our child was allowed to eat at breakfast because he didn't join us for sahur. They even offered to bring cake to the room for breakfast. The food is varied. The room is spacious and clean, and the hotel is very kid-friendly too. Overall, it was a very good stay. I would love to come back again 🫶🏻

The staff are friendly, especially Ms. Icha who helped me during the initial check-in process. She explained the facilities in the hotel area and in the room. The room is clean, there is a pool, there is a bathroom for rent, so I feel more at home staying here. The place is really cozy. For the Ciputat area, this is the best hotel, and there are always hotel promotions every day.
