Good hotel and best service, thank you for Miss. Syifa and Miss. Nia fast check-in, and also Miss. Suci very warm and help, Miss. Andriani warm and welcome at restaurant:)

Room is small, completely different compared to the image that is shown in apps, moldy walls, the bedsheet looks old, the towel also looks old. The bathroom was also unmaintained, the breakfast awful.

Cockcroach in your room is quite shocking. Even tho it is a small one. Meaning that your room is far from hygiene or even clean. Having an old building is not an excuse to not clean the room or even check for roaches, internet decent, price is decent, staff services too much of asking yet no solution or even anything. They just love to ask. TV was blurry, small display, the rest is decent

Disappointed with this hotel, what I know Santika Hotels & Resorts very clean and tidy. But this hotel unsatisfied with interior and cleanliness. Breakfast a lot of variants, but the taste was poor. Never back again to this hotel with that price.

The hotel's location is strategic, the rooms are clean, there is access to the Teraskota Mall, the lobby is comfortable, the breakfast also has many choices & is delicious.

Strategic location and connecting to the mall, at night you can watch the dancing fountain and Live music Teraskota, the rooms are spacious and clean, the air conditioner is very cold, a welcome drink is provided, the breakfast is delicious and varied. Thanks Santika BSD.

The service is quick to respond. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The size of the room is small for a family of 1 child, it is enough. The menu in the restaurant is very diverse but for standard taste.

Hotel in the middle of the city which is convenient and easy access. The hotel staff is friendly and the atmosphere is quite comfortable. It's just that the lighting in the hallway to the room is very dark

This is the first time the experience of staying at a BSD area hotel, but it's really disappointing! This is the only worst santika hotel I've ever been to, quite the first and last time staying here. The key to the world of hospitality is in hospitality, but it's really bad because the behavior of the receptionist who is a girl is not friendly and polite, except for 1 at the breakfast place who greets and smiles friendly, the others have a really bad attitude! When the service asked for a room change (was on the 5th floor, I asked to change because the tile floor was cracked), the receptionist was playing with his cellphone, there was no eye contact, and he gave the room key with his left hand. Last but not least, this is the first time I've stayed at the Santika hotel, but the glasses in the bathroom use plastic cups and coffee/tea cups as well as those made of single-use paper. Breakfast was rationed like a prisoner. Even though the location is very strategic in the mall area (teraskota bsd), but it really makes your chest warm. Hopefully the receptionist will be trained in again, about how to treat customers. And there is no security also guarding the front door of the hotel.
