The blankets were comfortable and thick, the hot water worked well, and it was very clean. The breakfast was varied, but what was impressive was the unique Malay food. The chef and staff were also friendly, and the facilities included a gym and a delicious restaurant, allowing for a relaxing coffee. The receptionist was also friendly and immediately responded to our needs. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. Overall, I highly recommend staying at the Nevada Hotel if you're in Ketapang.

This is my husband and my first experience staying at the fave hotel Ketapang, incidentally its location inside the mall, making it easier for us to access the mall without having to get far away from the hotel.
