Beautiful, spacious property with traditional Javanese aesthetics and furnishing. Receptionist was very kind and considerate of the fact that we were traveling with an elderly with limited mobility and offered to book us rooms on the ground floor. There are also several shuttle buses to help us get around. Breakfast was nothing special, but fine for its price point. Only thing that could be improved: I tried ordering a cappuccino before noon and apparently none was ready (except for the watery coffee at breakfast). Ideally coffee should be available from the morning, and waiters should be well-acquainted with the menu. I asked one of the waiters about the differences between some items and he had no idea.
