Staying at Bumi with my mother for a short staycation was the best choice. The serene atmosphere (so my mother could finish the Quran), the super friendly staff, the location right in the heart of Surabaya, making it close to everything, and the incredible night and morning views from the 11th floor made us feel at home and rested soundly. Not to mention the swimming pool, which also provides a great place for seniors to exercise in the morning—it's simply top-notch. Thank you Bumi.

All the hotel staff were very kind and friendly, willing to explain the surrounding area. One of the security guards was very informative and even lent me his motorbike to explore the area. good (complete facilities), cheap (with a price under 200K), clean (room, toilet, corridor and overall), strategic (so if you go to the airport it's easy and close), friendly staff (if you need anything, they are very helpful, high initiative), basically this hotel is a complete package. thank you ^^

The room facilities are good, clean, everything is complete, the bathroom accessories are also complete, there is even a hair shower cup, wow, this is the first time I've found that. The location is close to Tunjungan, you can even walk to it, the staff is friendly, and you can check in 1 hour early. If I go to Surabaya again, I will probably come here again😍

I've been a regular when I'm in Surabaya, staying here often. Affordable, clean rooms, a clean swimming pool, a peaceful, comfortable atmosphere, and a view I love overlooking the Suramadu Bridge. It's close to everything. There's no breakfast, but there are plenty of eateries nearby. I really enjoyed staying here :)

For everything, it can be said to be good. The facilities are really good. Starting from the swimming pool, gym, basketball court, children's playground, everything is really well maintained, the place is indeed on the outskirts of the city but when we need a place to stay around there, this apartment is the right choice. We have no trouble eating because there is a food court with delicious food. There is a small supermarket downstairs. Complete in our opinion. It even crossed our mind to just staycation here. Because we feel comfortable 😄😄

Clean, comfortable, friendly hotel staff, and the security guard was also very nice. He helped us carry our things as soon as we got off. There are lots of food vendors along the road. I'll definitely stay here again next time.
